There's so many flavors and they constantly add in seasonal flavors, all are delicious. I've tried many but keep coming back to their hazelnut and cookies and cream, pictured here. They're both 10/10. Other highlights are their pistachio and limoncello. They've got something for everyone. Service is okay, it really depends on the day and time of day lol. Some servers are insanely nice, others are the opposite. They have beautiful decor and plenty of seating, though this place is often PACKED. They also keep the AC super cool, so beware if you run cold! I really enjoy this spot. I only wish their prices are not as steep as they are and that they offered smaller portions. Their regular size, which is their equivalent of a small, is still gigantic! And I have a sweet tooth! Regardless 10/10

They use fresh milk and freeze it right in front of you with liquid nitrogen, so it never sits in a freezer or develops that icy, hard texture. The result is smooth, creamy, and unbelievably fresh. Another thing I loved is how light it felt afterward -- I didn't get that heavy, sick feeling you sometimes get after eating sweets. It's indulgent but still feels good for your body. I'd recommend Nitrogen Chill to anyone who wants a unique ice cream experience that's both delicious and better-for-you.
