Pulled the points system without notice and lost them all. Took a chance today to get a deal on a live resin cartridge. They gave me dabs instead of the cartridge I ordered. I refused it and then they tried to sell me higher priced($20 more) from the same brand! I said no because of the deal so then they tried to sell me a low quality distillate cartridge! What the hell man? Then they gave me some b.s. story on the reward points system. How it was on 2 servers(so what) then said how they were streamlining the system. Supposedly the computer system knew how many points you had and didnt roll over according to an email I have. Then the gall to tell me have a nice day when it was clear I was not a happy customer. I slowed down buying from Reef Bremerton because discounts were rare. 15% online orders isnt much if you ask me. Other discounts catered to those with a lot of money to spend on ounces. I should have requested Powder(Chris) instead of the 2 lame budtenders there. read more

Took a trip out to Bremerton. Decided that I should stop and grab some flower before heading home to renton. As I walked in I was quickly greeted, customer service was amazing. Prices were good til I got home broke up my weed and quickly realized why they had such good deals. All of the nugs were just full of seeds. Total waste of time separating the seeds and waste of money since I'm literally only smoking half of what I purchased. I'm beyond pissed. read more

The Reef is a nice shop with great appeal. The staff is polite and professional. You have to know your product though, everything comes from the back and I have ordered a concentrate that looked nothing like the picture on their menu. Also asked for something that tasted nice one time, and was given something that tasted like it was contaminated with Neem oil or pesticides. The bait and switch method is real easy for them to do here so I advise asking to see the item brought from the back before making your purchase. read more

Nice looking place with a great design. Sells some really good brands like Saints. However customer service isn't always there, and will always tell you that their ATM doesn't charge when I've got four different charges from it denying my card even though nothing was wrong. Ended up having to walk over to the 7/11 to get my cash out, and still got charged from their ATM even though they said it was free. Another time my friend bought a torch which they said was full when she asked, and it ran out the very next day on its second use. They try and make up excuses when told about how the ATM does charge. 2 stars just because it's a nice looking place. read more

Walked into this place on Saturday and was greeted warmly and asked if I had been there before. Told the guys no and basically went thru the run down of how things work in there. I absolutely loved the idea of the ipads and the info they provide for all the goodies they have. Me, myself I don't know a lot about strains and which one does what or helps this, so having the info of the strains helped me decide. Also the prices are super awsm and reasonable, by far the best prices I've came across. I got 2g for $20 and it was some pretty good stuff. Trying the Monkey Grass farms; Blue Dream and I'm lover of this grower now. I will definitely be returning to this place. I think I found my new home store and its closer to me! I'm kind of feeling a little two-stars about the experience here. It's kind of a nightmare when they are busy, which they frequently are. A store really needs to just put prices on things, but here you have to look everything up on a tablet. The tablets are in demand, and you may have to wait for one just to see how much something is; if someone doesn't try to just walk in and take your place in line. It's a chaotic scene. Employees, quality, and selection couldn't be better, and that's the reason they didn't get two stars from me. But that was kind of a stressful experience. Maybe more tablet stations? read more

Afterwards, your eyes are drawn to so much digital imagery of some of the best looking product; enough even for the seasoned smoker. A majority of the process is done via iPad such as the extensive menu--with pictures and add to cart options. Once you've selected from the iPad and also a select few options just beyond you'll have your purchase. Of course each representative is well versed in the product and provided up to date, relevant references towards some great merchandise. I love this place. I go all the time. They are very knowledgeable about all of their products and always help me find good strains of weed.

This is the weirdest pot store I've been in to. It's basically empty except for some counters with ipads and walls covered in plasmas showing artistic photos of flower. You don't get the opportunity to look at any of the products other than on the ipad screen. Then they call back your order into some lapel microphone. At which point someone will bring you your order through a back door. It's impersonal, I wasn't given the option to chose from two or three flowers like at other dispensaries.
