They did all the measurements and came up with a fair price for the high quality blinds on which we decided. Once installed, our home was completely transformed. We were driving through Warwick, NY, this afternoon on Route 17A, and saw this large corner…read moreproperty with a sign declaring it to be Warwick House of Antiques. (Parking is around back, accessed from Orchard St. - see http://www.warwickhouseantiques.com/ for more info.) When I walked in, I was greeted by one of the owners (well, I assume she is one of the owners), who told me that the store was the entire first floor, and to enjoy looking around. She said if I had any questions, I could ask her, but she wasn't pushy and didn't hover. So I really could enjoy looking around! The first thing I noticed was an entire cabinet of Skookum Dolls, from the 1920s to 1940s. I wasn't familiar with them, but having seen the name at Warwick House of Antiques, I googled it and now I know about them. (See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Skookum_doll if you are as curious as I am?) This shop is well organized, and all of the merchandise is labelled, so you know exactly what you are looking at. They obviously know their business. Besides the Skookum Dolls, the other things I particularly noticed were: many vintage Japanese robes, jackets, and textiles; lots of Japanese paintings and other items; paintings; bottles; vintage lead miniatures of soldiers, ice skaters, and animals; some stereo viewer slides; Murano glass; a Stangl plate; furniture (both Asian and American); an antique fire extinguisher; Shenango China Inca Ware Nestle cups and saucers; crocheted doilies; jewelry; interesting expensive pocketbooks; Japanese swords; porcelain figurines; and even a carved jade figurine. Don't expect to walk in here and get something cheap because they don't know what it is; they know exactly what they are selling, and will sell it to you for a fair price. On some of the more expensive items (such as a Ward's Lime Syrup Dispenser) they have documentation to show what the item goes for on eBay and similar sites. Warwick House of Antiques is worth a trip!

He used the CAD system to make sure everything fit properly, and to help visualize creative ideas. My home is truly beautiful empty, I was afraid nothing could add to it's beauty, but somehow, White House Designs made it happen for me. In April of this year (2023), I purchased a table from White House in Wayne New Jersey. It was…read moredelivered in June and there were no issues with the delivery and everything was fine. Shortly after getting the table, I placed a couple of plastic bottles on it. Later, I noticed scratches where I had placed the bottles (see attached photo). I thought the scratches might just be marks on the surface and tried to rub them out. I used a plastic scrubber and only made matters worse. I contacted the sales rep at White House Furniture and their response was basically, "oh, well." They would do nothing to help me repair the damage aside from giving me the name of a refinisher. This is a DINING ROOM TABLE but now I am now afraid to put anything on it because it scratches so easily. This table, plus delivery cost me almost $2,000 and I am stuck with a table that needs to be covered to be used. I might as well have gone to a Bob's furniture store and purchased a cheap one if it is going to be covered all the time. I like working with the smaller vendors but will not support vendors who do not stand behind their products. Avoid these people.
