Use the spoon as soon as you move some of the duck out of the way. The broth at the bottom of the bowl is wonderfully full of flavor. We also had the Japanese dumplings. So we walk past Lemongrass and like the Thai menu and we see open tables. Bad for them but good for us is that a party of 25 didn't show. Bottom line: we had very good meals beginning with the most incredible dim sim steamed dumplings. They were far superior to any Chinese dumplings that I've had.
