Her classes have me sweating in the first seven minutes! Exactly the right amount of push, encouragement, and energy. Weekday classes are available in the early morning, noon, and the early evening, and there are weekend classes as well. Sweet Fit VI also offers strength training, HIIT workouts, yoga, and stretching classes. I'm not ready to branch out yet, but I will get there. I currently purchase a ten class pass for $135. I will upgrade to the monthly unlimited pass for $150 as soon as my body works up to doing more. I cannot wait!

More than an indoor cycling studio, BOOM is a community space where members from all types of backgrounds attend to learn, exercise and sometime even sing! This places is not only safe for all kinds of community members, visitors and tourist, but is a temple to get healthy and improve your lifestyle. The atmosphere is amazing and as a person that have attended classes with all of the studio instructors I can assure you that you will learn, exercise and most importantly, have fun! I found his gym via yelp and their Facebook page (which is set up as an individual and not a company page, therefore all info isn't visible unless you are friends) I'm not sure why one would set up a company page that way but at any rate.... We drove and drove and finally ended up at the destination provided on both yelp and their Facebook page. The address listed brings you to a HOUSE in a residential neighborhood in Fajardo! We then called to ask for directions. She told us to "Look for Pizza Hut in Fajardo" and they're located close to there. We asked her to verify their address. Again, she mentions being "near Pizza Hut." Those directions were SO confusing!! We opted to turn around and leave and workout on the beach instead!! I gave it 2 stars... For the lack of interest helping potential customers and for the inaccurate address listed online.

I requested where to send the funds to multiple times with no response. Then started receiving emails that I broke contract and never cancelled. DO NOT EVER EVEN CONSIDER USING ANY HCOA FACILITIES. They also have a good variety of wieght machines and free weights. They have a sycling classroom upstairs and an aerobics classroom on the ground level. They have a kids area so you can leave you kids while you work out. Unfortunately, they only operate weekdays during morning and evening rush hours. Bathrooms aren't very big, but they have lockers and a few showers. I usually go around 9-10am. It is quiet and peaceful. Not may people. Unfortunately, they don't offer classes at that time. Claases are only early in the morning or in the evening. On the weekends they do give classes during the day (but I don't work out on weekends). My biggest complaint are the aggressive tactics from the trainers to get you to sign up for personal training. I get it, it is their moneymakers. Still, don't like it.

No water refill bottle station jut a regular water fountain...hope it got a filter ...maybe. But the worst is not WIFi and your phone might not get service so I had to change phone carriers. During the lockdown #hcoa charged my card. A positive note, people are very nice and are willing to share tips n encourement but staff let them know their disapproval. #hcoa it's just a gym with air-conditioning.
