It's a little hard to find but if you enter the retail complex from Alisal Rd, go upstairs from the inside courtyard steps and you'll see it. If you use the exterior staircase from Alisal Rd, the entrance door says "Skate Shop" over it - that actually puts you into the second floor of the full shopping center and Off the Record is straight ahead.
