I am writing the review without checking if it's dry, but I am certain it will be much faster than after using hot water cleaning services. And the price was good, thanks to the flyer. Now the cons: The guy came in (very) dirty shoes, with dried-up mud on the side, did not put the disposable booties on even after I asked him if he is aware that the shoes are dirty and just kept walking on wet carpet with (very) dirty street shoes. Even the overall it got cleaner, the stains from my dog are still visible. And finally, I did not get receipt from the guy. He mentioned that he is an Aerus(former Electrolux) sales rep and from the get-go tried to figure out if I am in the market for a vacuum or carpet cleaner. Maybe he makes more money from the sales and since I was not inclined to buy, he lost interest and did not bother to be a bit more professional, but I do not recommend their service to anyone. I am not sure yet how good the machines are, although I have my doubts about that, too since after shampooing the carpet the vacuuming was "recommended" upon drying. So if I do not comply, where does the dirt go? Didn't it stay right there, on the carpet, but now with dried shampoo for a company?
