My son went to this Kids R Kids for over a year until we relocated out of state. I did need some accommodations for my child which they were willing to do. Any time I had any concerns and I addressed it with the director Billie she handled it very quickly and never made me feel as if I was overreacting. The teachers communicated well at pick up everyday... especially Shawna. My son also did very well with Emma. I have recently relocated again and have considered putting my son back into this daycare the commute is the only hesitation for me, though I think I might because it's worth it.

Kids 'R' Kids offered a safe and educational experience all while maneuvering through the difficulties associated with COVID. The communication about behavior, upcoming events, academic progress and current and future learning objectives was clear and provided in advance. Turnover was low. My son had some slight shifts in the associate personnel that worked with him but for the most part his lead facilitators remained the same throughout the year. Payment was easy, it came directly from our bank accounts. Any type of price hike was communicated in advance to give ample warning (this happened just once during our tenure due to inflation). I am very confident my son is prepared for kindergarten thanks to his experience at Kids 'R' Kids.

The tour was nice. But Our first and last day here was horrifying. When I picked up my 10 month old…read moreson- there were 8 infants in his group and when I arrived there was only ONe young lady watching all 8 kids. She was just literally watching them cry. I kid you not all 8 were crying( it looked like they've been crying for a while, my son including. My son is the youngest of 4, he rarely cries unless he's sick or hungry. I know he's been crying for a while there cause his eyes were so puffy. But the big thing is if all kids are crying, are they not going to do anything bout it??? For infants teacher baby ratio is 1:4- that should apply at all times. When I complained of our experience the next day- the director said there were 4 adults in the room including herself. Yes- but only one in the infant area/ the other 3 were in the toddler group. 2 days later my son started fever, cough and fever lasted 2 weeks. I expected him to get sick. What I didn't expect was them charging me for two months when we were only there for one day and I informed them early that we were not coming back. They are quick in getting money from you but not delivering the service you paid for. And you can't complain to anyone because they keep referring you to the director. Think carefully if you're sending your precious ones here.

Everything LOOKS amazing. But the teachers and director are shady and racist to say the least. My…read morekid was only enrolled for four days before they deemed him a "safety issue" and kicked him out. The "safety issue" was that my child opened the classroom door. I would expect a daycare/preschool to be able to actually watch the children they enroll, but instead they kicked him out because HE, is a problem. Not the fact that the teachers are not actually watching the kids or teaching them, or smart enough to enable the LOCK on the door. And they are definitely giving kids either Benadryl or Melatonin without parental consent or knowledge. My child came home one day and was VISIBLY sick, with a high fever and slept all night from the moment he got home around 6pm. My child doesn't nap, and has not taken a 90 minute nap since he was 18months old. And this was the first day he took a "nap" at the school, his second or third day at the Nest. The director, Diana, is prejudice and the teachers get very annoyed and irritated quite easily. Ex. On my child's second day of school, I asked where his extra clothes were and the teacher snapped at me, saying the clothes were in his cubby, despite the fact that no one ever told me that they kept his clothes or where they were. But don't worry!! It goes up to the Regional Manager, Erica, who is equally as bad. And mentioned that it is her job to keep all of the kids on the building safe .... As if my child, who paid tuition just like all the other kids in the building, is not INCLUDED in her roster of children that she feels obligated to keep safe. And her excuse is that each family is handled on a "case by case basis". As if four days is a long enough time to work on anything with a four year old child. But again, this is just my personal experience. And Erica assured me that the other kids are having a GREAT time. So if you are white and need an IG photo op, TRY THE NEST. But otherwise, expect your child's safety and education to be at the discretion of prejudice, emotional, psych majors.
