Love the Ravago Group! I recently became the owner of an investment property. I mistakenly thought I could handle all that comes with that venture, but after a couple years of headaches and tenants not paying rent, I realized I needed property management! The Ravago Group sold me my last home, and I absolutely loved and appreciated everything they did for me throughout the process. So I fully trusted them to take over the management of my investment property. Best .... Decision .... Ever!!! Since hiring Ravago, I've had such a weight lifted off my shoulders. They take care of so many aspects of everything so effortlessly and efficiently that sometimes I forget I even have the property. I just see the checks coming in and I get to just relax knowing that they've got it all under control. They have impressed me time and time again with not only their professionalism & knowledge of this industry, but also with the connections & relationships they've built with vendors when needed (such as plumbers, handymen, etc..) . They've gotten me some great deals through their network of other great companies. I highly recommend using The Ravago Group for a new home, selling a home, managing a property, or whatever they offer. 10 out of 10! Worth every penny! read more

Avoid this property management company at all costs! The house I rented in Summerlin was a nightmare--infested with cockroaches and scorpions, falling apart, and clearly not maintained at all. They shamelessly withheld part of my security deposit for no reason and show zero concern for their tenants. It's been three months since I moved out, and the property still isn't rented--clearly they're just holding onto your money. Save yourself the headache and stay far away from these people. read more

GARBAGE! GARBAGE! GARBAGE! If I could give them zero stars I would in a heartbeat! Everything was fine and dandy the entire 7 years in our house we rented at 6537 orchid hill cir. Las Vegas NV 89108. Until we decided to move out and purchase our own home. From the minute I put our notice in, these people started acting froggish. I first had to deal with Johnna De Rosas. We were on a month to month paying extra because we knew we wanted to move. She then told us we were on a yearly lease so I had to have her double check and of course I was correct. She apologized. Weeks later I emailed her regarding what our prorated rent would be because on the portal it still had the regular amount. She then informed me again that we were not on a month to month and we would have to pay all these fines for breaking the lease. I again had to remind her that we are month to month. That's when Valerie Ravago emailed me and apologized and stated that from then on, Cintia Sampiro will be my point of contact. She wasn't any better. I turned in the keys and got a receipt for it and before I even made it back home, I received and email from Cintia stating that I didn't turn it both copies of the keys. I called her immediately and while on the phone with her she went to look and said "oh yes, I'm sorry, one was on top of the other in the bag. This was after she accused me of still having access to the house which I did not anymore. We hired a professional cleaning service, changed the air filters and had the house looking really nice because we knew we wanted to get our deposit back. They took their sweet little time to contact us regarding our deposit. It was over 30 days so I called Cintia just for her to inform me that she "forgot" to put the deposit check inside the deposit transmittal report and it would be a few extra days before receiving it. We finally received the report and the check and out of $1270 they only returned $207 back. That list of items they said was wrong was ridiculous. They charged us $400 for landscape for the guy to pull a few little weeds in the backyard. On top of $200 for cleaning and $300 for labor..some light bulbs that they had to add which was a new box in the cupboard we left. And the removal of a satellite dish that was there before we even moved in and we didn't even use! They charged us $150 for that. I fought those charges and they only agreed to give me back the $150. Cintia said she will contact the owner of the house, Kaiyan Zhu. 2 weeks went by of waiting and I contacted Cintia and she said "oh I was just working on your case" BULL! She ended up telling me we will only be getting $80 of the $150 back! She fed me this story about the satellite dish removal was not $150 but only $80. Well why would they take so much. They are so unprofessional and will milk you out of every dime! DON'T RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! Also, the owner Kaiyan Zhu, texted me 30 days later replying to my text. She was of no help and it took her that long to reply. So ridiculous. She is such a cheap owner didn't want to upgrade anything in that house. read more

Had a great experience for almost 4 years as a tenant, but upon vacating a rental property and exceptionally cleaning the unit significantly better from initial move in, they will find every foolish reason to somehow garnish your security deposit. Specifically approximately $120 to replace lightbulb including labor is absurd and greedy as all light bulbs still existed and just needed to be turned/tightened in addition. They waited the very last minute almost 30 days to reimburse security deposit hence the number of attempts I've advised to expedite and mail it to me. Wouldn't be surprised for them not to reimburse and send it if I hav not persisted. NOT RECOMMENDED for future rental tenants as they have zero integrity. READ ALL PREVIOUS RENTAL REVIEWS AS THEY ARE NOTORIOUS FOR THIS SITUATION. read more

My husband and I were on a mission to find the perfect home in Las Vegas after selling our house in Northern California. We spent months doing virtual tours, flying in and out of Vegas looking at newly built and resell homes. We even put in a few offers but was declined in this competitive market. We decided to take a break as it was taking a toll on us. Just weeks into our break a friend recommended us to Kim. We decided to give him a call. Kim is very professional, genuine, and easy to talk to. My husband was impressed with his daily listings. It shows he is a good listener and ask all the right questions. His listings were on point! We feel extremely comfortable working with him. Most importantly, he is very informative and sincere with his suggestions. He will tell you from experience what he knows and how he feels about certain things. We just closed on our dream home! Kim helped us win our first and only offer, considering there were multiple offers and we were not the highest bid. Thank you Kim! The process of finding a home out of state is never easy. This is why it is so important to have an agent who is responsive and could hold our hands through every step of the process. Kim made the buying process smooth and easy. We'd definitely recommend Kim to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. read more

I was in a real bind and had to find a property very quickly in the Las Vegas area and I was recommended to Kim Ravago by friend and was very pleased with the results! Kim is extremely knowledgeable of the area and seemed to know what I was looking for even before I did!! Best of all he didn't waste my time and made sure that we were only looking at properties that were more of a 'sure thing'. He spent a lot of time with me touring around town and would not give up until we found the perfect place. I am happy to report that because of his help and extensive knowledge of real estate in the area we were able to find a place for me and my family in the timeframe that I needed! Thanks again Kim and I look forward to working with you in the future!! read more

One word about Ken....SPECTACULAR!! Regardless during this pandemic, he's been there for us from beginning to end, even with face masks on during 100+ degree weather.. . If we didn't feel confident and trust Ken with his advice and guidance, we wouldn't have trusted to continue to contact him. He's kept in touch with us over the years to see if we need any assistance on buying a home. He's professional, helpful and provides his honest advice when you need an opinion or when in doubt. Thank you Ken for helping us get our new home for our family. We're truly blessed and grateful. YESSSS, WE FINALLY DID IT! read more

I interacted mainly with Ken's brother Kim. I was doing a 1031 exchange and wanted to purchase a few investment houses in Las Vegas. I first met Kim and Ken in their office and discussed my goals and they in turn presented the latest data on Las Vegas real estate and rentals. Kim then pulled up some relevant properties to review. He clearly suggested the types of properties best suited for rentals and the areas to focus on to maximize return on investment. We visited a few that same day. What impressed me the most about Kim was that he had an extremely keen eye to look for potential issues with every house. He knew all the signs of previous damage, possible future issues, specific concerns for rental properties, etc... I was not able to spend time in Vegas, but my first interactions with Kim gave me 100% confidence that I could trust his eyes to view and evaluate properties on my behalf. Over the next month, Kim sent me daily listings, contacted the agents of potential properties to gain further insight, conducted inspections, and advised me on which to pursue. I eventually purchased 2 houses at below market prices without personally visiting either. Kim and Ken's team also made the purchasing very easy. All I had to do was DocuSign a few times. They handled everything seamlessly and I was so impressed that I hired them to manage the properties. read more

I just called in to inquire about a property and as someone who has worked in real estate, I can't believe the tone in which I was spoken to. He was very rude and dismissive. Ken is that needle in the haystack. I've had numerous encounters with agents solely focused on their next commission check. Ken has proven to be a valuable resource for all of my real estate questions, from helping buy/sell property, questions about how to handle tenants, and real estate investment advice. He's got a long track record of successfully helping clients so you can tell he's about the relationship more than anything else. read more

Ken and his team provide a high quality real estate service. As an Estate Trustee I had to sell my mother's home in Stallion Mountain. Ken listed and sold the property very quickly and at the full market price. His team has a follow-up process in place that kept me fully informed as to the progress of the sale on a daily basis. Ken's interpersonal skills were an important part of resolving buyer requests vs. seller's action items to complete the sale. I highly recommend the services of Ken and his team. read more

Review long overdue. Ken has been my LV realtor since 2005 and 13yrs later he still is. He has been very accommodating from start to finish. The wife and I were looking for a investment and he found us one in Henderson. We didn't have to fly down to LV. He showed us the listing/pictures, we agreed on everything, papers were sent to us (Bay Area) we transferred the down and had tenents (he can take care of that too). He will even call or email you to see if everything is going well with your home or investment property. If you are in the market for a home, vacation home or investment, Ken is the guy. Give him a call or stop by his office. read more

Ken Ravago helped me find a home in Las Vegas from my home in California. I was not able to travel to see it before buying but Ken made sure I had lots of pictures and an expert home inspector. He was available by text (which I am grateful) as well as phone and email. When he was not immediately available, he had his partner, Alex, contact me so I was never without answers. They treated me like family. They were both amazing to work with and would work with them again in a hot second! The whole process was smooth and painless. I can't say enough great things about them. When I did make it out to meet in person, he even gave me and my family an outstanding breakfast recommendation where I had the best waffles I have ever tasted! read more

This company is a total unorganized joke. I hand delivered rent 2 of the 3 times and they lost it. I had to pay a late fee not once but twice when it was paid early. I will never ever rent or buy from this company and I strongly recommend you stay far away from the joke of company. read more

I wish I could rate them higher than a five! Ken and Alex came to our property and were very professional and honest. We decided they earned our business so we signed up with Ken to rent our condo....and then the perfect storm hit. Two weeks after signing with him, we had a major water leak and living in another state, we had no where to turn. Enter team member, Kim Ravago. Without his assistance, we could NOT have gotten the plumbers, flooring experts and handymen out to repair the significant damage. He jumped in with both feet and coordinated EVERYTHIING from insurance to HOA to scheduling to communicating with us....and more. We are very fortunate that he is on the team. Communication between Ken, Kim, Alex and us was second to none. We truly felt a huge weight lift off our shoulders knowing these folks had (and continue to have) our back. This is our first rental and we weren't sure what to expect and needless to say, we were a bit anxious. Ken assured us that he and the team would always do the right thing for us. Simple words for sure....but ABSOLUTELY, POSITIVELY they not only talked the talk...they walked the walk! I think on Yelp's scale of 1-5, I would rate this team at a 10! read more

Real estate transaction has too many moving parts. The buyers, sellers, brokers, mortgage company, tile agency and others. Most of the time things proceed smoothly. However, when kinks develop unexpectedly, you hope you have some one like Ms. Kristi Ferreira as your transaction coordinator. I was selling a property and every thing was going fine and then literally a week from closing date, issues cropped up from the lenders and the whole process was almost derailed. Kristi raised to the occasion and almost single handedly took upon herself to bring the process back on track. She was unrelenting in her pursuit to make this deal come through. Make sure you ask for Kristi as your transaction coordinator and be rest assured she will bat for you, no matter what. read more

I highly recommend Ken Ravago if you are looking for a knowledgable realtor in the greater Las Vegas area. He was very patient and listened to what we were looking for in a home. He could quickly point out the pros and cons in each prospective house we looked into which helped us pick the perfect home. He always had time for my wife and I and treated us like we were his only clients. We never felt he was too busy for us. Most importantly his services didn't stop after we signed the docs. He has a wealth of information and contacts that helped facilitate everything we needed to do after we closed. Such things as getting the mailbox keys, finding a gardener, misc handyman services, best place to shop for furniture, etc. This was very important for us since we were just becoming familiar with the Las Vegas community.
