What a joke. Bought a groupon to this place for a massage and was truly looking forward to it. It was hard to get an appointment and i looked forward to it for weeks. I arranged my whole day around this massage and paid for a babysitter so I could really enjoy my afternoon and evening. I got email confirmations that my appointment was scheduled and I got there 10 minutes early. There was no one there, the doors were locked and when I called them no one answered. I waited for 15 minutes past my appointment time and then decided to leave. What a waste of my time and money. They never even called to apologize or explain. So disrespectful to waste a persons time and money like that. I would never recommend a place of business like this to anyone. Apparently I'm not the only one after reading these reviews! Dude totally scammed me. Had two appointments. One for me and one for my girlfriend. We woke up early. Confirmed everything and he never showed up! Didnt answer my texts or calls. It was January and freezing. We sat around for 45 mins and just lost $75. And he has the nerve to send me an email saying "we miss you. Come back for a massage" The sad thing is i realllly needed one. And i am not the only one who got scammed. Also groupon could not help me. Everyone avoid this man. read more

This experience was one that really solidified the real benefit of online reviews. I had an appointment, which was confirmed by their appointment software, but upon arriving, the room was dark and locked. Arriving early, I didn't think much of it, but after waiting 30 minutes beyond the appointment time, it was clear, I, like others, had been 'stood up,' and there was not going to be an appointment. This, after traveling 35 minutes to and from this place! This was wrong... especially after I called their listed number, leaving TWO voicemails, and leaving a note under the door to call me as a result of this issue, and NOTHING! Best massage I've ever had! I usually get a massage twice a year. I'd been having trouble finding one I liked in the Baltimore area. Chris is the best! He's not kidding when he says "custom" massage. He listened to my concerns, and worked on them masterfully. I'm going back in two weeks! He also does in-home massages. I highly recommend! read more

I had a Groupon for a massage and had a lovely experience earlier this year. So lovely that I bought two more Groupons. Chris was late for my first appointment so I wasn't too concerned when I arrived at 9:55 for my 10:00 appointment today and he wasn't there. After 10:00, I called. I texted. By 10:25, having had no response, I texted him again to say I was leaving and would not be rescheduling. I still have had no response from him, six hours later. Unless you're hospitalized or in the morgue, it's beyond unprofessional to not communicate with a client. Good luck maintaining a business when time doesn't matter to you. Even though I communicated with the owner by text to set up my appointment, received a confirmation email, and filled out the paperwork, he STILL DID NOT SHOW up for the massage appointment. What is worse is that there was a note left by a another person who had a 10am appointment, but they left at 10:30a after he didn't show. My appointment was for 2:00p and the note was still there. I called, texted, and left a voicemail, no response. I attempted to contact him 2 more times via text, but he never responded. Bought gift for my mother for relaxation before surgery. Scheduled at 2:30 and received 12:30 confirmation text for her to get there and the business next door tell her that no one was there. Doors were locked and lights turned off. Called three times and text and never received a response. Do not go if you don't want to waste your time and money. read more

If I could give less than 1 star I would. The massage therapist didn't even bother to show up for my appointment. I waited for 45 minutes in a hallway for him to get there. I tried calling and texting the 2 numbers I could find for the company to no avail. No show, no answer, no response, no call back. I wasted time, gas, and money for the service I prepaid for on groupon. I had to argue with groupon for 30 minutes to get a refund and not just a credit or offer for them to rea h out to the company. I wouldn't waste time or money with this company. Not only are they not reputable but groupon should be ashamed for working with such a company. read more

Made an appointment, received a reminder the date before. You need to enter a code to even get into the building, so you need to sneak in on the heels of someone else.
