I hesitated whether or not to write this review but I feel obligated to share my experience before…read moreothers make the same mistake. I was one of the original vendors when RR opened in mid-November. My initial sales leading up to Christmas were pretty good & for a while I was the top seller both in sales / # of items. Jan and Feb were pretty terrible. My lease was up at the end of this month (Feb) so I had to decide whether to move or renew. Over the past 3.5 months there have been multiple negative run-in's with one of the owners. I sent several emails and texts voicing my dissatisfaction with her behavior and the unprofessionalism. She is very negative & complains about literally everything. She is very confrontational and she always has to be right. She will not apologize because nothing's ever her fault. There were verbal arguments with her and the good partner in front of vendors & customers. She gossips about the vendors to other vendors and customers alike. The final straw was when she tried to reprimand me in front of one of my customers for giving him an item from my booth that hadn't sold to date & I was taking out of the store. She told me I wasn't allowed to give things away. I said sure I am, it's my merchandise. She said I couldn't give it out in the store. So I left the item outside the door for the customer. Ridiculous. This turned into a screaming match because there is no such rule in my contract, it's not posted, and it's never been emailed to anyone. When I asked her when this became a rule she said, and I quote "it's a rule as of now." Absolutely not. You will not reprimand me, in front of a customer, for a rule I didn't know about because you just made it up!!! Also, this customer owns a competing store in Longmont so I'm sure he won't be sending people there. He said she gives off crazy vibes. Nice impression huh? This was not the first time. There are so many incidents where she put her own things in another vendors booth because she didn't think it was full enough. Not paying them for the space she took it upon herself to commandeer. Then she told them that she would cut their booth in 1/2 and rent it to someone who actually sold things. So rude. It's THEIR booth, under contract, that they pay for. She thinks she can dictate what people do with their booth which is their business, not hers. She "loaned" out a lamp of mine to the restaurant going in next door to see if it'd work in their space & if they could find the lightbulbs. WHAT? You can't give out our merchandise without it being paid for. This went on for about 2 weeks & they had yet to return or pay for my lamp so I made her pay for it. Who does that?? Absolutely no responsibility to her vendors. She said "I didn't think it was a big deal because they're our neighbors." That's a problem. Other vendors are allowed to put their items throughout the store & not pay for the extra space, while the rest of us stay within the confines of our space per our lease. Some vendors have items outside their booth while others are told they're not allowed to go beyond their walls. The rules are loosey goosey & it depends if she likes you or not which rules will be enforced or made up. The revised contract is simply illegal. Says that if you are 2 weeks late on rent that she owns your possessions. Um, again, no. The law says you must go through the eviction process for a vendor, through the court. You don't get to seize their merchandise and own it. But that's what you do when you don't know the law, don't have an attorney, pull contracts off the internet and modify them as you see fit. They're a lawsuit waiting to happen. She is so awful that it made it impossible to run my business. It was tense & uncomfortable. I often scanned the parking lot to see if her car was there or not to know if it would be pleasant or unpleasant walking into the store. It was always unpleasant. Today, I moved out of RR as did another vendor. Another 2 that I know of are leaving at the end of this month, 4 of us in Feb after just 90 days. There will be constant turnover there because vendors are treated like crap & the environment is just toxic. There is zero marketing. They don't understand social media. Never updated their website to show the actual store or the real vendors. They still don't even have a sign on the street. Just a banner that I made up for them. She said they don't need to advertise because people will know they're there, word will get out, and vendors will tell people. None of this is good for business and contributing factors to declining sales I'm sure. Word is already getting out that there's strife at that store & it'll become apparent to shoppers that the vendor turnover is high. I certainly am not recommending it to anyone either as a vendor or a shopper & I'm sure the other vendors that have been mistreated by this owner won't either. I give her less than a year to be open at this rate. I feel bad for the other owner :(

The store & all of its booths is clean, well organized & there are goodies for most anyone. As I was paying, I tried to talk with a woman who was tall with short dark hair. (I don't know how else to describe her without being rude.) She was probably around 50+. She was brusque and snotty. I would say almost condescending. The point of this review is to tell people the shop is well organized & that the people are rude. If rudeness doesn't bother you, you are likely to find some good treasures. There are at least 2-3 other antique/flea markets next door to this one. I would start with them. Stars-a two for the humans & a five for the store.

There are very tastefully presented displays to just stuff all over the place. This is the kind of store to really browse and dig in. Up near the front register there were piles of fabric seemly jumbled in precarious stacks. Elsewhere there are locked glass cases shiny with jewelry and baubles. Some booths had themes like books and media. Others had a real hodgepodge. I especially enjoyed looking at the vintage dressers and refinished furniture. Bookguy found some old sheet music and dvds which made him happy.
