He had asked to use the bathroom at one of the neighbor places , they told him no . This place was nice enough to let my dad use their bathroom . He just wasn't paying attention when they told him where it was . Thank you to the employee who showed kindness and walked him to where it was. It's always tough going in to an antique shop with specific needs as you never know what you'll find. Anyway, the store is two levels and set up with individual stalls for each vendor. The basement has a large collection of books but unfortunately they were a bit high for me (although totally fair priced). Good variety of items although it felt like at the moment, they had less decor and more collectibles, broadly speaking. The workers were all nice and offered to let me put my items down while I shopped. Definitely a place to stop by if you're on the hunt for antiques or just enjoy browsing!

This is an interesting thrift shop that gets overlooked. The main reason is that for whatever…read morereason, if you map search for thrift shops it NEVER comes up. If you don't stumble across it, like I did by hitting the supermarket it shares the plaza with, you'll never know about them. Maybe they like it that way. As the name implies they focus on furniture. The assortment is typically nice to average. Way better than your typical Goodwill or Savers, not as nice as others. The people who work here are very nice. They had an overdose of now-boat-anchor armoires that they were practically giving away but for sofas, chairs, art etc pretty nice. They do have other stuff like books, CDs, brutally overpriced vinyl, kitchenware, but prices are good to crazy. The place is cavernous so a good look around will get in your steps. Again if you don't save a note to remind yourself to visit you probably never will because they're almost invisible. If I hadn't been cleaning out desk junk I wouldn't have remembered I had kept a receipt from here. They've been here, in an exurb of Minneapolis, for about 20 years. It's like a store you'd have found in rural Arizona 30 years ago. The couple and their daughter have a museum quality changing collection of all kinds of Native American jewelry, blankets, kachina dolls, literature, etc. The dad makes jewelry which is sold there. They have earrings for $30 and Tommy Singer squash blossom necklaces for $5,000. Worth the drive.
