BEWARE OF SCAM!!…read more Boston Dog Walks is a dangerous organization. We were so sad when our favorite dog walker went on to another business but felt relieved to have found BDW. However, on multiple occasions (due to my job), I happened to be home during our dog's regularly scheduled walks. And each time, NO ONE CAME! How long had we been paying these people who pretended to be walking our dog while collecting their weekly checks?! If only dogs could talk ... We had an agreement when we hired them that they would leave a note, indicating the time that they came, and at least 5 times, they "forgot" to leave a note. The final straw came when I stopped home mid-morning to find a note alleging that our dog had been walked at "12:20 pm." It wasn't even 11 AM!!!! When we fired BDW and demanded to have our keys back, Rachael (the owner) proceeded to tell us that our expensive, non-replicable keys to our building AND apartment were lost! A few days later, she corrected herself and said she realized that they were "broken," so we didn't need to worry. Needless to say, I changed the locks. The person who referred us to this organization has said that he has heard from multiple persons complaints such as ours, so I felt compelled to spread the word.

I think yelp is the scam not Boston Dog Walks! Ok now that I am done venting, I would never let another company walk my dog. Rachael, Jamal and the rest of the crew are AMAZING. They really love my dog and he is absolutely obsessed with them. Love that I can text last minute to set up a walk and know that my baby will be given exceptional care. I have also boarded him with Rachael and Jamal and I really appreciated the updates I received without even asking. Don't believe the one star reviews, click on the filtered (again, why???) reviews and get the real story!

Jack Russells are notorious little crazed beasts, with an intense amount of energy. Having PITV as our walker has done wonders for Max. Elizabeth is his walker and is absolutely beyond phenomenal. She cares for Max as well as (or possibly better!) than we do. He's weird around other dogs, but she has worked closely with him and created an environment when he walks with ELEVEN other dogs in his group, without a hitch. Elizabeth sends us amazing pictures of Max every single time she walks him, and is excellent at communicating with us regarding his behavior (good and bad!). Paws in the 'Ville provides an absolute reliable, friendly service. We were brand-new dog owners when we started with them and Seana did everything we needed to assist us and created a huge level of trust. When we needed to switch walkers after one left PITV, Max had some issues transitioning - barking like crazy when a different walker came to get him and refusing to go with them. Seana worked closely with us until she found Elizabeth to work with Max. We felt completely supported throughout. I can honestly say that PITV is absolutely the best bang for the buck. It's beyond worth every penny we spend to know that Max is in extremely capable hands. Great communication, great community, great owner, great walkers. Now he is so excited when they arrive to take him on his trail walk. Year round, he gets to hike in fun parks with his "friends" and his beloved Good Hound team members. They respond quickly to questions, often share photos of the walk that are really cute, and also, their staff members have boarded our dog in their homes when we travel- for us, a much better option than sending him to a kennel.

I also met her many times when I was walking my dogs and she was walking others. She always had those dogs under calm and happy control and they clearly loved her as much as mine did.
