Long story short when I picked up the uniform it did not have the required badges and the employees seem to have a language barrier, don't understand English seems like. They contradicted and said they don't do anything at the store just receive the merchandise from the warehouse. Makes no sense when the guy on the phone told me that they press the #'s and lettering at the store. The lady also told me all they do was call when the orders are ready and they never called. Go figure. In the end she said it's not their problem and she n could call customer service. I will. But I would never come back to this store again either.

Sports for learning provided a summer camp at my kids elementary school this summer. I was…read moreextremely disappointed by their coaches/counselors that were in charge of the children. First of all, I discovered that the counselors used profanity in front of the children, on a daily basis. Not only that, but when some of the kids started using inappropriate language, the coaches laughed and did not provide any guidance to stop this behavior. I only found out about this after several weeks,, when some of the children mentioned it to me and some of the other parents. When I brought it to the attention of the school district and the regional manager, they finally brought out supervisors to address it. Unfortunately the kids were already exposed to so much inappropriate language by then. The "sports" aspect of the program was not very educational or coordinated. The kids didn't really learn any rules of the games or improve any skills. It was basically just having them run around during these activities. In addition, at least one of the coaches contracted COVID during the camp and many kids were exposed to it. I honestly do not know how many contracted it, but it was very irresponsible for the counselors to put themselves at risk for, and catching Covid, especially when caring for elementary school children. I know many families who did not remain in the camp, due to the poor experience that our kids had with their coaches. I'm sure they have some good employees working for them who might have good backgrounds in caring for kids. But be sure to evaluate the counselors that are being used at each individual location. We were quite unhappy with the ones used for us.

This camp was a mess. My sons were at the camp 2 days in the summer of 2021 at their elementary…read moreschool and I had to pull them. Aside from not caring about covid protocols that we were told were put in place, they let the kids eat inside and smushing them together under the awning to eat other times, they didn't care at all when I brought it to their attention. The counselors didn't act appropriately around these young kids and used inappropriate language. Keep in mind this is an elementary school. These kids are very young. They were more like drill sergeants than camp counselors. It was an awful experience.

My only complaint is that some of the parents take it way too seriously & it dampens the vibes. I was under the impression that these are casual pick up games for a friendly scrimmage, but some of these parents were treating it like AYSO's championship tournament. One of the moms even went so far as to try to get someone else's kid to give up their match so it would be 3 v. 4 to "even the odds." It was bizarre, to say the least.

I bought what I thought were indoor soccer shoes for my five-year-old son, but accidentally ended up with turf shoes. He wore them to practice and slipped because they weren't the right type, and they were extremely tight on his feet. We physically went back to the store to show them the shoes and explain the situation. The staff member there was polite and tried to help, but the manager and owner were not present. They made the decision over the phone not to allow any return or exchange, without much consideration or asking for more details. To be clear, I even ended up buying the correct indoor shoes in a size that was two sizes up from the original pair, which is further proof that the first pair was way too tight. I was ready to do business with them again and just needed a fair resolution, but the refusal over the phone felt dismissive. It's not about the money for me; it's about being treated justly as a customer. I hope they improve their customer service in the future.
