Rather than working with the customer to find a reasonable solution, my experience was that the responsibility was placed back on the customer. Unfortunately, I have not found the quality of products or the level of service to match the expectations I would have for a business of this type. There are other excellent places in St. Albert where customers can spend their money and receive better service and a more positive experience.

Right now, there's construction going on in the whole shopping center but the store is open. They are a dairy and nut free bakery, which isn't an issue for me, so I wasn't sure what to expect. All of the baked goods looked amazing so it was hard to decide but I got a Butterbeer cupcake, a Chocolate Maple Square, a Boston Creme Donut and the Buy 1, Get 1 free Sourdough Bread. The lady at the counter was super friendly and very helpful. Everything I got was delicious. I'd recommend this bakery to anyone.
