I used Barry and Co for making Mirror Wills for myself and my partner and the whole process was extremely smooth and we felt like it was all explained very well. We've never made Wills before and quite honestly didn't know where to begin, so being made to feel at ease was something that was essential for us. I have since used them for overturning an unfair parking fine with great success, and one off advice on family law, and again on both these occasions i felt completely satisfied with the service.

What a lot of people do not understand is that when dealing with probate Solicitors have to deal with numerous other companies to gain pertinent information. Also they start the process with information given from family/ executors etc and if these people do not have all the relevant information there will always be delays due to having to work on other people's time scales. Another point I would like to make is that without a will the process of probate will always take substantially longer than with a will. So please make a will it save your family a great deal of stress at a very difficult time.

Their main pull is an eat as much as like menu that costs £10 per person. Rather than a buffet, there is a set menu with a selection of starters you can choose from and also a range of main dishes. I went there with a friend and we tucked into 2 plates of starters (always the best bit of Chinese food in my opinion) and then a round of mains. The selection is not quite as broad ranging as some of the other restaurants in town offering a similar deal, but the food is well cooked and the staff are extremely polite and helpful. I would have liked to have seen some seafood main dishes and perhaps the option for crispy duck for a slight extra charge. The wine list is passable and reasonably priced at standard restaurant rates. The decor is a little strange though and they have elected to hang a number of paintings of Oriental women in various attire that look a little like the work of an impressionist on a bad day. On a plus side, there is also a massive fish tank stocked with a number of interesting tropical fish. All in all, a good place to come and get a nice amount of food for a reasonable price, but I would warn that you shouldn't order more than you can handle, as they will charge on any uneaten dishes.

I emailed multiple people in the team dealing with my case, I phoned their direct number (which they never answered) and I spoke to a receptionist on multiple occasions, who promised to get someone to deal with my request but I never heard back. I have now decided to cease using PCS as they were delaying the purchasing of another property and risking that. It seems I have lost my deposit (non refundable in the T&Cs) and I am considering legal action. Unprofessional and non responsive - just save yourselves the stress and use another business. If I could give minus stars in this review, I would.
