I used Barry and Co for making Mirror Wills for myself and my partner and the whole process was extremely smooth and we felt like it was all explained very well. We've never made Wills before and quite honestly didn't know where to begin, so being made to feel at ease was something that was essential for us. I have since used them for overturning an unfair parking fine with great success, and one off advice on family law, and again on both these occasions i felt completely satisfied with the service.

What a lot of people do not understand is that when dealing with probate Solicitors have to deal with numerous other companies to gain pertinent information. Also they start the process with information given from family/ executors etc and if these people do not have all the relevant information there will always be delays due to having to work on other people's time scales. Another point I would like to make is that without a will the process of probate will always take substantially longer than with a will. So please make a will it save your family a great deal of stress at a very difficult time.
