I don't usually write reviews, but this salon truly deserves one…read more I discovered this nail salon a few months ago while searching for a new place, and from my very first visit, I knew I had found something special. The owner (Hana) is not only incredibly talented, but also genuinely kind, accommodating, and detail-oriented in a way that is rare to find. The salon itself is spotless, without question the cleanest nail salon I've ever been in. Every tool is properly sanitized, the space is beautifully designed, calm, and welcoming, and you can tell real care goes into maintaining both hygiene and atmosphere. It's the kind of place where you immediately feel comfortable and at ease. As for the nails, the quality and creativity speak for themselves. From intricate holiday designs to clean, elegant sets and bold, artistic looks, her range is unbelievable. Every set is done with patience and precision, and she truly listens to what you want while also offering thoughtful suggestions based on your style and nail health. I've included photos to show just how versatile her work is. She can do anything, and she does it exceptionally well. My nails always last, look flawless, and receive nonstop compliments. If you're looking for a salon that values cleanliness, artistry, and genuine client care, this is the place. Supporting a small business owner who clearly loves what she does makes the experience even better. I won't go anywhere else.

I really appreciate that Hana…read moretakes her time to get them just right--when I can see my reflection and they match my rings, I know they're flawless. She is highly skilled, always staying educated in her craft while also mentoring other nail techs. I love that she's constantly looking for ways to improve, whether it's upgrading equipment or trying better nail products. Ru is also incredibly talented, great to talk to, and always open to learning. She takes constructive feedback well, which shows her dedication to growth. I also had my first spa pedicure here, and it was an amazing experience! One of the ladies (I'll update with her name) gave me a thorough exfoliation and a warm towel wrap, leaving my feet extra soft and relaxed. Beyond the services, the salon itself is stunning--I love Hana's taste in chandeliers and pedicure chairs. Most of the staff are very kind, and unlike some other places, I never get the feeling they're talking negatively about customers. My only wish is that they didn't charge extra for credit card payments, but it seems they recently switched banks, so the fee isn't as high as before. Overall, this salon provides exceptional service in a welcoming and stylish atmosphere.

The way they take the time to ensure your nails are cut, clean , and shaped properly is what keeps me coming back. A lot of us have ingrowns and the way they go to town to make sure they cut them out is superior compared to other salons, and I've been to a ton of other spots in my travels. Rosa, Linda, and Veronica are top notch. If you upgrade to the spa pedi to I get an extra massage and other things depending on which package you choose. There is also an abundant selection of polish colors including gels and dip powders. The customer service is excellent, everyone in the salon is so friendly and welcoming. I feel like I am truly valued whenever I walk in. I really hope everyone has a chance to come here and enjoy their experience as I have each time I have my nails done.

Andy performed a service I did not ask for, and although it was only a $5 difference, I've noticed he constantly tries to push this on me even after I clearly say no. When I asked why he did it anyway, instead of apologizing, he responded rudely and humiliated me in front of the store, which is what caused me to lose my temper. At that point, I honestly felt like walking out without paying because of how I was treated. After being loyal customers for two decades, me and my family will no longer be returning, and if a sincere apology is not given, I will also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau regarding this experience.
