The staff are always friendly and accomodating, the service is speedy and reliable, and the prices are very fair. I've been to The Ultimate Printing Company about 10 times in the past few months and I have never had a bad experience. In fact, part of the reason why I always go back to The Ultimate Printing Company is because the staff are so great. Furthermore I cannot stress enough how quick and accurate the service. Another fantastic feature is that they print on "bamboo" paper - an eco-friendly alternative to regular printing paper . You will not find a better print shop in the GTA.

By far one of the worst experiences I have ever had doing business with a small local shop…read more First of all, the moment I walked into the store the owner was extremely rude and ignorant towards my questions. His attitude towards a customer was very rude and disrespectful. I wanted to print a picture of a size 16"x20", so a regular print machine at my office wouldn't do the job. The moment I walked into the Ultimate Printing store I inquired from the store owner (I believe his name is Zahir) about the service and how I could transfer the digital file to him. He said he would only accept the files on USB as his store doesn't provide wifi to his customers. After browsing around and trying to find free wifi in the building, I managed to send the digital files to him electronically. Then I inquired about the pricing. Remember, the file was a single, 16"x20" black and white print on a regular paper. The representative, which to the best of my knowledge was Zahir himself, quoted me $38 + tax. I was shocked!!! $38 bucks for a regular print job. Nonetheless, when I asked what the reason was for such a high price, Zahir laughed at me and almost made fun of me for inquiring about the price. His attitude is very rude far from the standards we normally expect from a business in 21st century in North America. Anyhow... I accepted the hefty price point he quoted me for and did bother arguing with him any further. Next, I was told the job would take an hour, although the store was completely empty. So I decided to leave and come back later to get the job done as I was in the rush. I politely told the owner that I would come back later as I was in rush. Then he started arguing with me that I should pay for his time -- 5 mins at most in answering some questions that I had regarding a service that I was about to purchase from his business. He said that I should pay him because while he was answering my questions, he has used his computer to download the digital file, hence he has used some electricity for this task and I am liable to pay for the costs involved. I didn't know what to say to him anymore. So I decided to just leave the store, But that didn't stop there. He started threatening me that if I don't pay him he is going to REPORT me. Not sure who he was going to report me to and for what reason. I felt the owner was trying desperately to get this one sales done no matter the cost, harassment or verbal disrespects involved. UPDATE: There is a STAPLES, across the street on University Ave, which is a 5 min walk. They did the exact same job for me for $4! CONCLUSION: Do not waste your time going to The Ultimate Printing store. The store owner is rude and disrespectful towards his customers. He is not shy of using any tactics or disrespect to get a sales done. Remember STAPLES across the street got the same job done for $4 as opposed to $38. If you want to waste your money, then go to The Ultimate Printing store.

Quality product AND quality service? In 2010?…read more It IS possible! I dealt with Ron from Custom Art Concepts this week over email, phone and face-to-face to create a custom piece for a friend on fairly short notice. Ron responded immediately to my email, followed up with a phone call to clarify some details when he noticed this was a rush order and was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly in-person when I had to make my final selections. This was probably the best customer service experience I've ever had and the final product was perfect as well. Visiting the office to see the product showcase is pretty cool too. Custom Art Concepts is well-deserving of my first five star rating.

I got my stuff quickly and everything was exactly the way I wanted. Ryan is really cool and was patient enough to sit down with me and make sure I knew all my options. Other printing companies I've tried in the past would rush me and didn't seem to care just because I wasn't ordering huge quantities of stuff. If you want shirts or any kind of clothing at a great price go to this company. They beat every price I got for shirts and the quality was always good. They were honest enough to tell me about the different types of shirts and which ones were bad quality. I highly recommend them and have already sent some of my friends there. I will DEFINITELY be ordering from them again!

It was one of those days and I just threw my arms up in defeat and told them I'd be back. Right away, they told me that the company i was returning to uses a QR code, and that I would have the code on my phone from initiating the return. Then they waited patiently and calmly while I searched my phone for the email from the company. As if taking the initiative with their suggestion was not great enough, they also explained that the QR code let them print out the label, and which they did, and then they taped it to the box for me. My stressful day was turned around by the excellent customer service at Adfactor, and I am so grateful for their consistently efficient and kind service. I cannot thank them enough.

I always fear going into computer and car shops because I know absolutely nothing about the things…read moreI use every day and am so reliant on. So knowing nothing, except for Google/YouTube help, one could up sell me anything, especially car repairs as I've experienced in the past. Luckily this repair was a good experience . The owner Glen, is a super chill guy, he practically lives here with his shop hours being so broad. This is his retirement hobby, from being a computer engineer, so he really seems to know a lot and is not pushy or trying to sell me more than I needed. I had dropped my all in one HP computer while it was running, onto my leg and it broke it inside. He said it would take 1-2 days to figured out if the problem was 1 of 2 things. Software reinstall was $89 plus tax(which ended up being my issue) or a hardware fix being south of $200. The shop sits right off of Yonge st just a walk north of Major Mackenzie, it's mainly street parking unless you park behind the plaza or the church. I drive by here often and have never noticed this place, but it's been here for years.

I needed to print a couple of 2-page docs on a Sunday night and everything was closed. I dialed Dussault Diane's phone number around 7 pm not really hoping for an answer... This small of a printing job is way too small of a scope for them, since they specialize in graphic design, and printing hundreds of copies of high-quality marketing materials. BUT: having talked to me and understanding my need Diane asked me to email the docs to her, printed and bound the docs for me, had them ready to pick up in 10 minutes and charged nothing. Very few businesses out there will go out of their way and solve a tiny client's problem sacrificing some personal time on a Sunday night, but these folks did. For which I'm very grateful. If I need graphic design, Diane will be my first call.
