I was shown a huge book of samples to choose from and within no time, we designed a card together. By the next day my cards were ready and what is even more spectacular, they marked the date on the box. I asked why and the answer - so when you want to reorder, just tell us the date you had them originally printed and we'll get reprint from the original order. You can't get better service than that!

I recently ordered a large 20', 4 panel display for my company and am disgusted with their poor…read morecustomer service. I had designed the panels so part of the image bleeds from one panel to the next so I asked for the design templates with trim lines so I could ensure the image lined up. They told me they didn't have that and reassured me their production would make sure my design lined up properly. They insisted I send them the original design files rather than a print file. Sure enough, the design on the panels did not line up and part of the design itself was altered. Their "proof" was a small jpg image inserted into the body of an email which made it very difficult to note any changes to the design. They refuse to reprint at least one of the panels to fix the problem. I would not recommend using this company if you are picky about how your design is displayed. If you don't care how they mess it up, then go for it. Otherwise, steer clear of this company.

I had asked for Rob( that's who I was told to ask for). She said he is busy I said I can call him back. She said I can help you. I said no it's ok I'll call him back. She said if it's anything I can deal with it and she huffed at me on the phone and I said you don't need to huff at me and the next thing I knew she hung up on me. I was appalled that a business would have someone who would hang up on a potential client like that. A few got back to me Giving me a ridiculous three week turnaround times. One told me my DST file would not work which was complete BS. Advance screen printing was the only company in Halifax that got back fast with a price and a no nonsense answer as a result they will get all of my business in the future.

After receiving 36…read moreof the first run of tank tops for my company I came to find out the the thick, stiff screen printing had cracked on the two tops I washed. When I went back in to Advanced Screen Printing the printer informed me that the reason this had happened was because ink had not cured properly. I expected them to replace my faulty order, but instead they advised me to collect the 20 tops I had sold and bring them back into to have them run through the dryer again. Eager to please my customers and avoid having their tops crack, I collected them all back up and had them out through the dryer, then returned them to each customer. I was assured that I would be 'taken care of' on my next order with them. When it came time to place my next order I was told I would be given $10 off of my $500 order to compensate for my inconvienence. I would never deal with this company again.

They completely lied…read moreto me, charged me way more than what was discussed, and left me in a situation where it was impossible to make any profit off the prints that were designed. For a business that I had so much faith in, I've never been so disappointed with a company. They screwed me over and I will never be going back there again.
