It took me and my fiancé two weeks to get a package that was delivered there. The first day we attempted to do the pick up, they couldn't find it in store even though the system showed it being there. We phoned the next day to see if it had arrived. They said they didn't know. Well when we were there and they tried to look for it; EVER SINGLE WISH BAG WAS OPEN. They know what you've got before you do, and if it's something of interest you can bet your bottom dollar they took it. They are sneaky, unorganized and VERY unprofessional. I was under the impression it was illegal to open someone else's mail however, if you're an employee of Giant Promotions that's part of your job.... I only recommend them if you would like to wait weeks for something that's already in their warehouse, or if you would like your packages opened, or if you would like things from your package to disappear. Crooks.

I recently ordered a large 20', 4 panel display for my company and am disgusted with their poor…read morecustomer service. I had designed the panels so part of the image bleeds from one panel to the next so I asked for the design templates with trim lines so I could ensure the image lined up. They told me they didn't have that and reassured me their production would make sure my design lined up properly. They insisted I send them the original design files rather than a print file. Sure enough, the design on the panels did not line up and part of the design itself was altered. Their "proof" was a small jpg image inserted into the body of an email which made it very difficult to note any changes to the design. They refuse to reprint at least one of the panels to fix the problem. I would not recommend using this company if you are picky about how your design is displayed. If you don't care how they mess it up, then go for it. Otherwise, steer clear of this company.
