Green fees were reasonable excellent condition condition Golf Course as far as Fairways the greens the layout. I am deducting one star just due to the terrible breakfast sandwich. I got from the little small restaurant in the basement. If that's the best breakfast sandwich you can sell for I think around six or seven dollars you should just not sell anything. An egg McMuffin from McDonald's would've far exceeded what I received for 1/2 the price. Looking forward to playing it again now that I'm familiar with the layout

The carts have GPS, and a COOLER which is always nice when it's hot/humid as hell like yesterday. Afternoon rate was $42 with a cart. You can't beat that folks. They have nice restrooms and cold water and free ICE half way through each 9. A lot of people golfing here don't fix any of their divots in the fairways or on the greens. That isn't Yankee Trace's fault. Overall great pace and fairways, bunkers and greens were in great shape. This is a solid course and now I want to come back and play the other 9 I didn't play. Now the course...I haven't played here since the late 90's, then the course was immaculate! Today not so much. There was weeds growing in the fairways, ant mounds on the greens, tee boxes were atrocious, weed filled sand traps with no sand, overgrowth everywhere, and general disrepair. Obviously the course has matured since I've played last and they could've really played in that beauty but apparently either due to money issues, poor course superintendent (listed as Dave Hall on the score card). By the time I completed my round in a Monday morning the parking lot was quite full so I wonder where the money is going? The management may want to take a trip to the mound golf course in Miamisburg for a clinic on course management lol! For now I'll watch and wait for a better course to come back the way it was. For now it's quite an embarrassment compared to past glory.

If you want to find deals you really have to comb through every rack and section of the store. It can be worth it if you have time. Beware they've started selling full priced merchandise here now too. The shoes seem to be the best area for a deal along with the youth sports section when your sport is off season. The workers are always nice and it's worth a stop in, but just not as good as when it first opened. Lots of parking options.
