We golfed 2 times last week rule was have golf cart returned by 8 pm. The coarse is very bad shape, but good for a starter golfer. I will never spend my time or money there ever again. Piss poor way of running a golf course. I do not recommend going here!! Very disappointed! Find a better professional place to golf!!

We were followed by one of the rangers for the first 6 holes. He did not say anything to us about our speed or play. Finally he came up and told my dad he could not play out of my bag and that he had to go and rent a set of clubs. The ranger was quite rude, but we went ahead and did it. There were several other groups that were doing the same thing, but nothing was said to them. This course is public, not private, I did not expect to be harassed by the staff. On top of that, the course is a mess. WW1 style trenches throughout and tee boxes that are a mess. The cart paths look like they have not been touched in 25 years. The price is not worth it at all.

The course is absolutely beautiful and well laid out. When it's fall and the trees are changing color it's a beautiful site. The biggest thing though is the people. Everyone I spoke to or dealt with could not have been nicer and more professional. They and the course truly make Moraine a top notch golf experience. It's easy to see why they are ranked in the top 70 in the United States by Golf Magazine.

The space we had was beautiful with floor to ceiling windows and very comfy upholstered chairs and nicely done decor. It appeared to be recently updated or very well maintained which I very much appreciated. The room featured a huge glass double sided fireplace that overlooked the green. It was gorgeous and gave our party of 22 people a lovely setting. The servers provided a drink bar with ice for cold beverages as well as hot beverage selections. It was done very nicely prior to our meal and was constantly refilled. Our plated meals were all served together and they were absolutely delicious. I was blown away by the quality and the temperature of the entrees. Other guests commented as well. I opted for the chicken piccata and it did not disappoint. Fresh vegetables and perfectly seasoned chicken on a bed of rice. The other dish was salmon and it also was delicious to according to other diners. I always appreciate the ability to serve large groups a warm meal that looks plated nicely. I would love to come back and experience an evening meal and explore the other rooms.
