They are kind, hardworking people, and they always go the extra mile for their customers. If you're redoing your yard, home, or have any kind of outdoor project, they are the people to go to! I entered the store and found the shelving units (what I originally came to shop for) but didn't see what I needed. No problem. I then looked at the patio features and saw a glass-topped table with four chairs and an umbrella. A closer inspection revealed a sign on the umbrella that read "$129". (I may be wrong in my memory, it may have read $125, but that's not really the point.) I haven't priced patio furniture lately, but I thought that price was too good to be true, and thought it pertained only to the umbrella. But there were two stacks of boxes behind the display, containing the whole set. A young male associate walked past me, and I asked him if that price was for the umbrella or for the whole set. he said he didn't know; he was from another department, but he would find a garden center associate. It wasn't long before the garden center associate showed up and scanned the boxes and told me the price for the whole set was in fact what was on the umbrella. (In this time I had looked at Walmart dot com and saw a similar set for $380, with free shipping.) I told him that if it would fit in my tiny SUV, I would buy one immediately and take it home. He replied by saying that they deliver. Then, a member of management walked up. He also stated that the set was that price, and in fact they could deliver - but it would be a $35 fee. No complaint from me. He also said that it could possibly arrive tomorrow or the next day. I was then told to go to the service desk and place a delivery order. And I did. The clerk at the service desk was as friendly and helpful as these other three associates, and she guided me through the delivery process. It arrived two days after. TWO DAYS. Everything was as expected. You can bet that I will drive the one hour distance if I need items from Home Depot in the future, even though La Grange is only 30 minutes away and I'm in that town twice a week. STELLAR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Frustrated, I went to Home Depot and all of the lumber was labeled therefore I knew exactly where to find what I needed. Little stuff like that makes a difference.

They are trying to have Auburn take over the space, however, so who knows what will happen then. We hosted an event here, and the property is quite beautiful. Though I didn't stay in the cabins, I was told they were nice. Staff were kind, as well. The pavilion is a wonderful space, though it was a bit chilly even with fireplaces and heaters (not really their fault, however). Catering was fine, though the dinner wasn't really worth the price quoted (honestly, it wasn't good). Breakfast, however, was delightful. Overall, a lovely spot for an event, wedding, or hunting trip. Highly recommended if you need a rustic venue in the Auburn area.

They specifically had great deals on Halloween candy, so I stocked up. The store itself was somewhat organized. The cashier was very friendly, and had a candy bowl for the kids. They already had all of there Christmas merchandise for sale, and had some pretty cool inflatables. Some of the good deals I found here were on books, candy, and toys. In conclusion, Ollie's really is a bargain outlet, and I highly recommend visiting here.
