You can only imagine how nervous I was, but it was great I didn't want to leave once it was over. I'll share that I love to dance and I've always gravitated to some form of dance fitness in my adult life: jazzercise, zumba, pole dance, aerial hammocks, etc. so this was a natural fit for me. I love the sexy style and free spirit Kookie brings. Love how many pole, aerial, and dance rooms there are, as well as a kitchen for special events. Our instructor (Aleen) was so nice and body positive, too, which made it better for beginners. Finally, the owner (Francesca) kept such amazing contact with us and was so helpful through the whole process, and was even willing to call me late at night to fix a billing issue. I definitely recommend taking your first class here and trying something out of your comfort zone! Great community :)

I'm also a size 14 and on the chubbier side so I was really nervous about feeling judged for my body. However, the atmosphere at Tease instantly put those thoughts at ease. Everyone there is very welcoming and friendly, and you will meet people of all shapes and sizes at Tease. All bodies are welcome and celebrated! I feel so honored to be part of this community and hope that it continues to grow. The facility itself is very clean. The floors are wiped down in between each class and the equipment is cleaned as well. The bathrooms are clean and they are even stocked with hygiene products and washcloths for drying your hands. 10/10, I recommend Tease to anyone who will listen!

They offer other classes for dance and physical fitness, such as Flex Appeal (flexibility) and At The Barre (adult beginner ballet). They allow drop-in's for certain classes that are affordable, in case you want to try a class that's not pole dancing and don't want to commit to buying a whole class session up front. They also offer a virtual "punch card" online so you can try different classes. There's no drama here: the students and instructors are women aged 18 and up. All shapes, sizes, and fitness levels come here. No one is too big or too old. The classes are small and the instructors can decrease or increase the challenge of the class for your own personal needs. I like that I am encouraged to strive to be better but am not pressured to keep up with the girl next to me. Everyone's goals, needs, and abilities are different.
