Once he arrived he was very nice and very professional. Walked my house and located all clean outs and very neatly ran the snake down the pipes and unclogged the pipes. Cleaned up and left my place better than he found it! Thanks again guys and I'll recommend and use you again!

The owner scheduled my appointment and seemed nice, although rather frazzled. The gentleman who came out (not the owner) was nice and "fixed" it in a timely fashion. Three days later, our shower drain clogged, so I called J-L Plumbing. The owner informed me he was three weeks out and couldn't do it before then. I asked who he could suggest, and he suggested Chris' Plumbing. They came out two hours later and unclogged the drain in 2 minute flat. The following day, I ran a bath for my two older boys. We ran out of hot water at 1/8 full, certainly not enough to bathe with. I wasn't going laundry, dishes, or using any other hot water, so I knew something was wrong. The next morning I showered and got about two minutes of hot water. I called J-L Plumbing and the owner (sounding frazzled again) once again informed me he was three weeks out and couldn't possibly come out. I was rather stunned, since I had just paid him $395 to fix the heating element on my hot water heater, only to have no hot water less than a week later. I said "Well is there some way you could come out? It seems unfair that I should have to pay someone else to fix what you should have fixed the first time." "Don't you go gettin' snappy with me!!!" he barked. I proceeded to burst into tears because I'm a stay at home mom with three boys ages 5, 4, and 3 months, and a husband who travels all week for work. How I would make it three weeks without hot water was beyond me. I explained my situation and he told me he couldn't help me, but to call Chris' Plumbing again and if they couldn't come out he would "see what he could do." He also said if something like a clogged drain happens, they can go on those calls, just not something like my problem...WTF? I just called about a clogged drain...still three weeks...I called Chris' Plumbing and once again they came right out, determined someone (J-L) had set the two temperature settings on different temperatures, and he corrected it. Problem solved for $100, or the cost of a service call. Moral of the story is: Call Chris' Plumbing instead of J-L.

I hired B&B plumbing to replace the sewer drains at my home on November 17, 2022. They agreed to…read moretunnel underneath the house, and run new lines to all water fixtures, costing $12,000 total. We had an agreement that they would get half the money before the work was done, and the other half after all work was complete. They began work on November 18th. The tunnel beneath the house was finished that day. In writing, B&B said that the job after the tunneling would take 1 and a half days to hook up all of the pipes. The B&B employees repeatedly never showed up, or would show up and work for only an hour or two before leaving again, even when the weather was nice. They repeatedly told me that the job would be completed the following day, but it never was. They did not put a cover over the trench beneath the house even though they were asked to do so, so when it began raining on November 24th, the trench wide enough to fit a grown man and about 15 ft long filled completely with water, which caused major settling on the foundation of the home. The job wasn't finished until December 15th, so we were forced to be without working washers, sinks, and toilets for a month. On December 11th the B&B plumber told me the washing machine was fixed and ready to go, but when I ran it, it was not hooked up properly and flooded our house, so they had to go back and work on it further. They demanded I pay them more before they would finish the job, despite the agreement being that they would get the other half after all work was complete. Liz said that because the job was "90% done", and they had to pay their crew, I had to give them more money to finish. They would provide no compensation for the flood damage to the interior of my home, and made no apologies for the month it took to get a job done that they said would take less than a week.

There was a broken water line under the house which had a small crawl space. We agreed on a price (which was very reasonable) and they went to work. They did a job well (with warranty) that other plumbers said was impossible. These are good, reliable people.

We were in the process of selling our house in June 2025. The buyers ordered a plumbing inspection…read morethrough their own contractor, and a sewer line leak was found underneath our hallway bathroom. We also needed some repairs to our water heater, as well as replacing the water shutoff valves in the laundry room. We got three bids from different plumbers, and Super Flush Plumbing came in at the best price. The house was vacant, so any work performed had to be done without any supervision. The plumber, Hershel and his excavation crew, came out and dug an 8 foot tunnel underneath our house to reach the reported leak. After the pipe was repaired, he conducted further testing to see if the leak was fixed. All of a sudden it became "multiple leaks" that were found in the same bathroom, as well as a potential leak under our laundry room on the opposite side of the house. It started as a $5,300 sewer line repair--then they added on a $705 charge for (according to their invoice) "having to chip through a beam in order to make repair." Then it became an extra $150 charge to "replace angle stop at hall bath toilet." Then it became an extra $2,983 to fix one of the other "leaks" that were found in the bathroom. THEN, it became an extra $1,338 to replace the p-trap under our bathtub which was also "leaking." But wait, there's more! An additional charge of $783.91 to "replace waste and overflow with a/c condensate on hall bath tub." What started as a $5,300 sewer line repair turned into $11,260 in leak repairs. Combined with the water heater repairs and shutoff valve replacements in the laundry room, we had now spent a total of over $13,000. The buyers, who are already under contract, need every leak fixed before closing on the house. The plumber then conducts further testing on the rest of the house. Sure enough, he confirms there is indeed a leak underneath our laundry room. In order to reach the leak, we can pay a couple thousand dollars to dig another tunnel under the house--OR, we can with the much "cheaper" option and let him jackhammer a hole in our dining room floor for another $3,200. He then tells me he's "pretty sure" we have a potable water leak at our water meter, as the box is constantly filling up with water. This was officially the nail-in-the-coffin and were ready to move on and find another plumber. Meanwhile, work has yet to be completed on the previous bathroom repairs--Hershel needed to backfill the concrete that was dug out of our bathroom floor during the repair process. The 8-foot tunnel that was dug under the house also needed to be backfilled. At the beginning of this whole saga, we had paid Super Flush about 50% up front before work could begin. Hershel informs me that they are requiring the full payment to be submitted before they can backfill the tunnel and concrete. I informed him that I've never had a contractor or vendor EVER require full payment before work was completed. He then tells me he needs to "ensure that we get paid. We have to pay these guys to put all the dirt back." Uh, we've already paid you several thousand in work...you're telling me you don't have the reserve funds to pay the dirt crew? He then says "We are a reputable company and that is not how we work." He agrees to finish the work and we pay him what's due. We decided to hire a master plumber, with 30+years experience, to come out and perform another leak test. His report showed that there was NO LEAK found under the laundry room and NO LEAK at our water meter--it was just groundwater filling up the box. A few days later, we hired a sprinkler system company to replace the double-check valve (which we knew we've been needing for a while), and they also confirmed there is no leak at our water meter. Ultimately, my wife and I should have trusted our gut a lot sooner and recognized we were getting screwed. We're not handy with repair work, so we just trusted what Super Flush told us was needed. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but it ended up costing my family several thousand dollars that were "flushed" away.
