She had no help, there was never a maintenance person ever on site to help maintain the complex. So trash was EVERYWHERE all the time. Super thin walls, and since the stairs are built right up against the walls of your living room you can hear every step. We were also told at the beginning of the lease we were all allowed to have gas grills only on our balcony, and after a year we got another letter stating that we all had to get rid of them and can't be anywhere near the property within 10 days. All these emails got old. But, I'm sure it was her it was the property owner telling her to send them out. Quite pricey as well for what you pay for. The upgraded Internet is also 20 extra dollars a month which is super slow. Around 4mbs. Terrible.

Never had any problems while living here - wish I could have stayed! Overall a great place to live.

Corporate will not allow cameras installed so residents have installed their own to catch anyone tampering with their outside stuff or auto. Not everyone is treated the same; like some can get maintenance to fix things and others cannot. Maintenance and management like to talk so much that they can't get their work done.

The system feels arbitrary, back-handed and very bait and switch, seeing as how you are notified of the charges a week after your check-out, giving you no opportunity to do a walk through with them in order for them to point out what "needs" to be changed. Beware of these fees if you sign a lease and recognize that there is absolutely no amount of cleaning you can do to avoid the fee. Makes us feel like we shouldn't have wasted all that time and energy cleaning. We'll be sharing this info with our employer and urging them to reconsider housing company employees in this "gotcha!" establishment.

The whole facility should be put under some serious reconstruction or just overall to be condemned from the lack of care. A dog urinated into my ac unit, they told me to rinse out the filter and wouldn't even come look at it. Completely unprofessional and only interested in getting the leases locked in and the rats in the cage. No matter if the rats receive no satisfaction for the legal contract of the lease, they just replace them when they leave. Mold, cockroaches, flies galore from dumpsters placed too close to residences, ac and heating that only works in the living room. Management says they will take care of something only to get away from you and then nothing is done.
