Not everyone is treated the same; like some can get maintenance to fix things and others cannot. Maintenance and management like to talk so much that they can't get their work done.

Beware of these fees if you sign a lease and recognize that there is absolutely no amount of cleaning you can do to avoid the fee. Makes us feel like we shouldn't have wasted all that time and energy cleaning.
