I gave her my deposit because I did not have the time to clean the place before I left and she said I still owed her 500.00 for cleaning up basically dirt and dust left behind because there was no garbage or no damage to the apartment! For the sake of your finances, please don't move here because she will bleed you for money every chance she gets by steadily raising rent and keeping your cleaning deposit and finding excuses to get more!

I had absolutely NO issues with anything during my 3 months there. No neighbor drama, either. Everyone was courteous and kept to themselves, which is ideal to me.

Before check-out we followed the cleaning guidelines to a T and scrubbed and cleaned the place for hours, leaving it as clean and nice as it was when we arrived. We are just disappointed. The system feels arbitrary, back-handed and very bait and switch, seeing as how you are notified of the charges a week after your check-out, giving you no opportunity to do a walk through with them in order for them to point out what "needs" to be changed. Beware of these fees if you sign a lease and recognize that there is absolutely no amount of cleaning you can do to avoid the fee. Makes us feel like we shouldn't have wasted all that time and energy cleaning. We'll be sharing this info with our employer and urging them to reconsider housing company employees in this "gotcha!" establishment.

She had to constantly keep emailing out letter to tenants reminding them to pick up after their pets, and to please try to keep the dumpster area clean. Time and time again, nothing improved. She had no help, there was never a maintenance person ever on site to help maintain the complex. So trash was EVERYWHERE all the time. Super thin walls, and since the stairs are built right up against the walls of your living room you can hear every step. We were also told at the beginning of the lease we were all allowed to have gas grills only on our balcony, and after a year we got another letter stating that we all had to get rid of them and can't be anywhere near the property within 10 days. All these emails got old. But, I'm sure it was her it was the property owner telling her to send them out. Quite pricey as well for what you pay for. The upgraded Internet is also 20 extra dollars a month which is super slow. Around 4mbs. Terrible.
