Never even made it to their office. Google maps brought me to a different business. So I called…read moreasking where their location was. The lady on the phone was fairly rude straight off telling me they had no room for another child. I explained we have a child on the way and since I'm in the area would like to see their facility and possibly get on a waiting list. She did not tell me where they are located and said I need to make an appointment to see the facility. I explained I'm in the area now and had time to stop by for a quick visit even if they were busy. I wouldn't expect them to drop everything and cater to me. I only get random times during the day where I can break free from work to visit. This is the only childcare facility that refused to see me and got an attitude with me about coming without an appointment. Every other facility I visited welcomed me with open arms some were busy where they could only explain the basics and give me paperwork to review and other took me on a whole facility tour. I understand coming unannounced could bring me a bad/busy time and that's cool. But being refused to even show up sound sketchy and on top of it just the rude tone I got over the phone. Makes me not even want to go back, there are a couple dozen other facilities I can put our name on the waiting list. Ships ahoy you just lost a customer and I will not refer anyone to your facility just from this phone call.

Reported to BBB and she never responded to any of their letters. Now has an "F" rating!! Would not recommend her to ANYONE!! THIEF!!!!! She stole money from my family!!!!! This is my worse experience daycare, it is very unorganized, the employees that I have met are very…read morerude but 1 person seems very sweet. I walked in to a room of a teacher hovering over young kids hollering at them to be quiet while the tv was one, I couldn't hear them but I heard her over them. Not pleased at all, please don't send your child here. Very unpleased to see what my child went through on day to day basis.
