Because we had used a travel agent and were prepaid management refused all and said we were offered upgrades which we were not. There was another couple that also left who were in front of us when we first checked in although they had paid for the night. I have never had an experience before where a hotel was below expectations and they do not refund your money. Not recommended and our travel agent has removed from their list.
