I had booked the Moxy due to its convenient location near Linate airport and the place where I had scheduled a work appointment and had a wonderful experience. The room was small, but functional and clean. I was there at the end of July with record high temperatures in Milan and the AC worked just fine. I think that some people need to have real expectations when booking hotels and should not expect a 5-star experience from some properties. There is no check-in desk so the lobby bar doubles as reception. The staff spoke English and everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. The breakfast menu was great with plenty of selections, ranging from sweet to savory at a very affordable price. The lobby bar had the most wonderful bartenders: cheerful, kind... And a cappuccino for 2.5 Euros at a hotel is a great deal ! Special kuddos go to Klatte at the bar who always had a smile and the patience of a saint. I had dinner here two days in a row and their pizza menu worked out perfectly. I paid an average of 16 Euros for pizza and beer. I challenge anyone to find this kind of rates or services at this price level anywhere else.

The bed was a bit stiff and felt a little cheap. The bathroom in the bedroom was tiny, and can't fit more than 1 person at a time. And the bedroom itself was also a bit small. The gym was small with a few machines. They have a pool table and other games if you want to socialize there. Overall the hangout areas were well kept and clean. They have what looked like a cool work area but my key didn't access it so not sure if it's only available to rent. It's not awful, but I wouldn't spend more than 100 euros here if it was for a single night layover.

We both had luggage and a carry-on, and it felt so cramped. The restroom wasn't any better. It seems like a decent size at first, but with the bidet, I just didnt feel like there was any room to move around. The bathtub is kinda high up and a bit of a tripping hazard if you don't have good balance to get out, and it's very narrow. This room was ok, but everything about it is just inconvenient. The air conditioning barely works. You can't even change it. It just keeps the room barely cool. Other than that, I think the staff was fine; they were nice and helpful. The breakfast was good. The spread was very nice, just repetitive. Would I stay here again? Yeah, maybe, if I'm by myself. It's close to the central station and its clean.

It doesn't seem to be handicap friendly. Upon entering the hotel doors, there is a large staircase down. I can't imagine how a wheelchair would get down? Front desk staff are very kind. We stayed here twice. On our second visit, they gave us a complimentary upgrade which was a gorgeous room! I couldn't figure out how to cool the room. The air conditioning control was not intuitive. I was hot all night. They provide soap for your hands and the shower but I did not see any shampoo or conditioner. They did provide a Robe and slippers for two. The room had a mini fridge and a coffee maker. Nice touch. The breakfast buffet is very good. Lots of options and they open super early so you can start touring or head to the airport. Did not have a chance to try their bar. There are so many places to eat and drink down the street and on the train, a short distance away. Aside from being hot, very pleased with our stay.

So we HAD TO get another room for my son and end up paying for the extra room. We were just so tired from our trip that we Didn't argue and just paid for the extra room. Also the reception area does NOT have a direct phone line and you would need to communciate Via WHATSAPP. If you booked in this hotel, you might want to download the app First so you have it ready upon checking in There is NO physical key card. You are given a code to enter your room. I suggest to take a picture of the code in your phone so in case you lose the written code, you have it in your phone. Breakfast is in included during your stay. The room we got is a good sized room. There is a small foyer,l with a study table, a separate tub room and shower room. The hallways to the rooms are a bit confusing.. lots of turns. But signs are everywhere. This is REAL close to the dome with all the luxury brand stores. So beware of your spending:) This has a modern vibe to it. With vibrant wall colors and art. One part of tje hallway had neon art works that glowed in the dark. Wifi keep dropping in my room which makes it frustrating to stream videos and look up stuff online

Shuttle to airport (basically a taxi) showed up 10 minutes late. Thin walls. Overall: Good for value. Would stay again for short periods. Tips would be to call in advance if you know when you're coming (or call from train station/airport), and leave a buffer with your shuttle times.

The tv shows could also be changed into English speaking. As for the bed, it was comfortable. They have really good breakfast. Breakfast is brought up to you at the time you prefer. If you don't mind other residents living here than I would recommend you to give this place a try. Plus, they send you an email to confirm the time you'll arrive.

We stayed on the sixth floor, which had a sofa bed + a bathroom on the first floor, & a second floor with queen bed & bathroom, accessible by stairs ! It has the floor to ceiling window that opens & starts from the first floor + goes all the way up to the second floor. Theres a mini fridge with drinks inside, water boiler, soaps provided, and TV if you'd like to relax and watch a show or movie. The drinks in the mini fridge are different prices depending on the drink. Waters are €3/each & sodas €5/each. Overall, a great stay. Very clean and spacious. Would book Just Hotel Milano again!

We provided the expedia confirmation and they just waved it off as if it was not valid. When they finally found our reservation, they did not even attempt to acknowledge any fault or apologize for the stressful situation. When we arrived at the room, we had an issue with the door. The card worked but we could not enter the room when we tried to turn the doorknob and push (like most doors). We asked for help and they sent someone to show us. This man was incredibly rude and scoffed at our inability to open the door, which was not intuitive (card must stay in and you need to push the handle) The wifi is also NOT intuitive. You have to turn on the tv in order for the wifi in your room to be activated. If you want to deal with bad service or possible issues with your stay, then the hotel is okay and well situated.

Ours was a 2 story room with an office space/loft upstairs. The service was exeptional- exactly what you'd expect from A place like this. 24 hour room service is available. They also give you a phone (handy) to use during your stay. It provides free internet and international calls during your stay. You can reserve tours / book restaurants directly through the hotel concierges, as well as airport transfer. Of course it's very pricey but it's a great experience. Highly recommend it.

This was the worst stay I've had at a 5 star hotel for the following reasons:…read more 1. Upon arrival, I was immediately told that I was at the wrong hotel. I had to pull out my electronic reservation to show the doorman that I indeed have a reservation and was at the right location. I will not make any presumptions about the reason for this but I have colorful thoughts about why this could have been. 2. I arrived around 11a and was told they could not accommodate an early check in but that they would call me as soon as my room was available, if I wanted to grab lunch, etc in the interim. Around 3:30p, I hadn't heard from the hotel but made my way back since checkin begins at 3p. However, the roads with access to the hotel was blocked off. I approached the valet at Townhouse Duomo who let me up the concierge and was told to go back downstairs and someone from Townhouse Galleria would come and meet me. In summary, I waited for 45min before anyone came! 3. I booked a massage at the "spa" when I first arrived. After I accompanied to my room, I asked where I should go for the massage and was told to call concierge and they would walk me over. Five minutes before my massage, I called and was told to just go to the 5th floor (in that case, I should have just been directed to do that to begin with!). When I arrived at the check in for the massage, no one was there so I went to the front desk to ask if there was a miscommunication. Someone then accompanied me upstairs where I received a 40 min mediocre massage in a poorly decorated room with 2 massage beds and jacuzzi (NOTE: what I asked for was a 60min relaxation massage + foot reflexology (per the brochure, this was supposed to be 45min)). Needless to say, this is not a spa you would expect in a 5 star hotel and I would strongly recommend against it. In general, the hotel was not aligned with my expectations of 5 star service. I would not personally stay here again and would not recommend it.
