The drinking, hanging out, motorcycling, urinating in the shrubbery gang that's outside until 2-3am is on public property but Buzzuto management does nothing to work with police or local leaders to manage it. Even hiring security to patrol seems beyond them. You can't use your terrace or enjoy the view as a result. The management also cannot seem to get a handle on: - dogs unleashed inside and outside the buildings - resident use of the trash rooms (breaking down boxes, not throwing food into the recycling bins, actually throwing garbage into the chute instead of leaving it on the floor) - safe, slow driving in the garage The workmanship is shoddy (floor tiles popping up, peeling paint, ventless dryer sensors malfunctioning), which is too bad given the really high rent they charge. The elevators are often out of service. Overall, it won't matter to the management because they cater to recent college graduates and graduate students who aren't planning to stay long. Just like with the building managers, the turnover is high.

Ken at the front desk was the one who gave them the key, and after we reported it, he was rude and dismissive with no apology. On top of that, the air conditioning broke constantly, maintenance was a nightmare to get, the package system is a disaster, the walls are paper thin, and the "smoke free" building reeks of weed. Complaints go ignored. Save yourself the stress and money. This place is unsafe, unprofessional, and not worth it. As you see below, no accountability still, add the records. I had no air for a day in 86 degree weather, but thanks for trying. And changing keys doesn't change the fact that someone was allowed inside the apartment!
