    More urine

They should call this place the Peeoneer or the Pissineer. Everyday without fail you will walk into the elevator to either find pee or throw up. Dog pee is everywhere in this place. It's actually horrible. Even stairs will have dog urine. Leasing has never once ever asked the residents to clean up after their dogs or have them stop pissing in the stairwells which are carpeted. I have a dog myself and I would never leave my pups urine and not clean it up. I wish I started taking pics as soon as I moved in this is just photos from the past 2 weeks. Me and other residents are amazed management hasn't dealt with this.

IF YOU LIVED HERE , YOU WOULD BE HOME BY NOW…read more One of Boston's Still best-kept secret (sort- of) Many neighborhoods in Boston claim to be diverese , but East Boston is the real deal ! Carmen's Kitchen, Pier's Park ,Santarpio's , Jevelli's, Rincon Limeno, Chivas, Pho Vietnam, Taqueria Cancun Ecco are just some of the gems for Eastie residents or those lucky enough to go through the tunnel. But we like it that way . Jeffries Point is the quieter , nicer side of East Boston , closest to Maverick T. This place was all Italian back in the day , most houses are triple deckers ( East Boston is known for them) and some are being made into condo's . Although it's OLD MONEY VS. NEW MONEY ! This is where you have that old-world neighborhood feeling yet are still within city limits ( and even close to the Airport). It is getting yuppified now but views from Eastie to Boston are UNMATCHED. And Pier's Park is a wonder to be seen that only few hear about and even FEWER get the luxury to see . Voted my some publication's as Boston's Hidden Food Gem - East Boston due to it's diverse and ethnic eateries all through out . From Colombian to Brazilian to Morrocan to Italian....you can all get it here and not just any , but DAMN GOOD Simply put : One of Boston's best kept secret

It can be a pain sometimes but generally it's a good thing, since it makes the neighborhood safer and friendlier. Water views, great restaurants, parks, and a real neighborhood feel, all at an affordable price. What more could anyone want?

I had a true Dis pleasure working with ((((((Laurent Plaisimond))))))…read more from Boston city properties- Use at your Own RISK!!! Very very pushy habits, I experienced such a Hostile experience with this agency- very shady very sketchy, as I'm prepared to launch an ethics code with board of realtors against these dishonorable company! From day one, they pushed and pressured my Agent to obtain keys *****earlier to avoid obtaining prior****** to the Long holiday weekend The priority shifted to convenience on behalf of the NEW prospective tenants, vs the existent occupants- and the landlord needs The focus was to Get Keys as Promptly as possible, BY pass any essential details in between in a very highly dysfunctional approach Laurent Had a Nerve to ASK for the *****Commission check PRIOR to even having his clients move in***** He figured to obtain keys fast, and get Paid RAPIDLY prior to the 1st of September which he knows is (((((Prohibitive and also UN lawful)))) Above all, he was aggressive on the phone when I informed him, his boss would be briefed on the subject matter and valid warranted feedback would be posted on Google, Yelp and Zillow Laurent created a NIGHTMARE experience to the old occupants, and to my broker who had an awful experience with Laurent as well

I cannot say enough fabulous things about Courtney Wood! Working with her has been an absolute…read moredream. I reached out to Courtney on a whim after reading many great reviews about other's experience with her. Shedidnotdisappoint! She was extremely responsive, honest and I felt she always had my best interest at heart. She clearly knows the Boston rental market. She managed my expectations and also advocated for me time and time again. I had a very small window to secure an apartment post 9/1 and Courtney helped me find a place in my top location with all the amenities I was hoping for. If you're looking for an apartment in Boston, Courtney is your girl!

It's $90 per night in the parking garage for guests! The material is so cheap! Every day the oven toilet seats and pipes break! No special amenities for the price they charge! The WORST problem is they have a sewage collector truck that comes to the parking weekly, and sucks the sewage out! This will leave the entire parking and hallways smell like *****SHIT***** for two days! And the dogs!! Pee right in front of the entrance of the building! You pay $7000 for a 2 bedroom but smell a very strong urine in the summer outside your building entrance and on the elevator in the winter! They never power wash the front of the building! Because the dogs pee there again! They just cover it up with spraying chemicals! The dryers don't have a vent! So your clothes will never fully dry! I regret choosing this building big time! All other seaport buildings power wash the front for the dog pee except this one! Low budget!

Do not live here. Management gave two strangers my apartment key and let them walk into my room…read morewhile I was studying. I saw them enter with a key, and my boyfriend chased them down where they even showed us a text from the building telling them to tour my apartment while I was still living there. Management tried to blame me, saying I had not locked my door, and Jennifer never once took responsibility. Every time I called, she claimed they were "investigating" and said their records showed no one took the key, even though I witnessed it. Ken at the front desk was the one who gave them the key, and after we reported it, he was rude and dismissive with no apology. On top of that, the air conditioning broke constantly, maintenance was a nightmare to get, the package system is a disaster, the walls are paper thin, and the "smoke free" building reeks of weed. Complaints go ignored. Save yourself the stress and money. This place is unsafe, unprofessional, and not worth it. As you see below, no accountability still, add the records. I had no air for a day in 86 degree weather, but thanks for trying. And changing keys doesn't change the fact that someone was allowed inside the apartment!
