I've…read morebeen a subscriber for over 15 years, and although occasionally I wouldn't get a paper, lately this has been the case consistently. No paper for five weeks. Then a paper for three weeks. Then four weeks without a paper. Calling and emailing to inquire does no good. They don't answer their phones. They don't call or email in response. If I didn't know better, I'd say they're running a sham operation. And if I were an advertiser, I'd want to see an audit of their circulation to see how many people are actually receiving the newspaper.

I brought the battery in because it would not hold a charge from day one. They told me that I would have to bring it back fully charged. So I fully charged it with a charger I bought from them, and brought it back fully charged. Guess what? Then they said I would have to bring it back after it has died so they can tell what the problem is. Really?? The salesman said that they are a mom & pop owned business and can't just make exchanges. Really? This is a $319. Optima Red top Battery with a three year warranty. Poor quality old stock I'm guessing. The battery tested only 64% brand new and will never hold a charge above that. I don't appreciate being blown off as if I don't know anything about batteries. In fact I know quite a bit, and their runaround over the exchange makes no sense.
