I told the therapist that it was my first time doing it and was nervous, she didn't tell me what to expect and it was a bit nerve wracking. During my session I felt something in my mouth and pulled out a CURLY NASTY HAIR (if you know what I mean!!) and nearly gagged. I will say the treatment did seem to help me physically and was affordable but I won't be returning due to the bad hygiene of this place and overall experience from my session.

When I showed up for the appointment she tried to hand me off to another guy that I wasn't comfortable with. When I said I wouldn't she made me wait 10 mins while making calls and then performed my massage, missing parts and just skimming over other sections..The 50 min appointment turned out to be only 40 min. Then she tried to scam me with only doing 30 mins reflexology plus a 5 min foot soak. It is supposed to be 50 min as well. When I asked her why it was short, she tried to give me some bs that the last time I was there longer. WTH is that?!! I'm not stupid, I can tell time! I was only there 1 hour and 30 mins including the time for me to get dressed and undressed plus use the washroom.. 2 x 50 mins = 1 hour 40 mins so I definitely felt ripped off and will never return again. Also she answers the phone in between and runs out to see people so that is not acceptable and cuts into the treatment time. There are much better wellness places that actually give great service and don't skim on the time. PS she requests to be paid in cash too hmmm
