She said they have a 6 months warranty or window to return an item and I was in the window. The piece of jewelry That I had purchased was a Art Deco design with various crystalline stones. To make a long story short, I returned them and asked that they please repair them because I had grown so fond of them and just for you to know, they do have a jeweler that can do repairs! Today I received my earrings in the mail and they look amazing! The manager and assistant manager served me well and I want the future customers to know that it is a great place to shop, an experience will be had and you will have the whole team stand behind the product! Unfortunately, the keys must have gotten lost over time, thus why I bought a bunch of different ones to try to figure out which ones could actually work to lock the doors in my house.
