This was as good as all and better than some. The shrimp was delicious as well as the sweet little crayfish. Deep-fried and plenty of 'em covering the French roll. Top it with a little lettuce and some tomato. Yum yum. You can find these fine folks on social media (to figure out what you want) and in-person in Glasgow and Franklin. Just have to look and see. We got the combination for my husband's birthday and it was very good! There are no eggs or anything that can go bad in the dough so it's safe to eat. It can also last without refrigeration but they recommend keeping it chilled just because it will taste better! The "food truck" is a small white trailer and I thought it was very cute!
