You are missing out on fun and interesting things to do if you fail to check out what is offered.

Lighting is average, building is difficult to find, courts are dirty and in need of repair and courts are too close. Happy to play against the competition I did, and it was 95+ degrees out but think when Picklr and Crush Yard take off in Orlando that this place will be in trouble.

There are 8 pickleball courts total, and they're divided by skill level, which makes a huge difference in play quality: First 3 courts (far left): Beginner courts Middle 3 courts: Intermediate play Last 2 courts (far right): Challenge courts The challenge courts run winner-stays-on, so it's always 2 on / 2 off. If you plan on playing there, you'll want to be around a 3.75 DUPR or higher to really enjoy it--and I highly recommend bringing a partner. The competition is legit, fast-paced, and not very forgiving for casual drop-ins. There's also 1 tennis court, and all the pickleball courts have lights, which makes evening play possible and popular. Timing matters a lot here: Best weekday time: around 4:00 PM By 6:30 PM, it can get extremely busy--sometimes to the point where wait times are so long that you won't get much actual play in. Overall, if you're serious about pickleball and want structured, competitive games, Cady Way is a great spot. Just know your skill level, pick the right courts, and time your visit wisely.

For what Genesis charges, the value just isn't there. Lifetime in Winter Park is a much better…read morefacility, and Crunch in Maitland is around $10/month and has pretty much the same basic gym experience. So it's hard to understand what you're paying the premium for here. The personal training situation made things even worse. My trainer Jose left Genesis. When he originally went over the contract with me, he never explained that the PT agreement would continue and simply be moved to another trainer. Once Jose left, I had no interest in continuing with someone else and I had communicated that on text on May 27th. I still ended up being charged month after month until I finally noticed it and contacted Genesis in September. Genesis eventually cancelled the PT agreement going forward, but refused to refund the previous charges. I also had unused PT credits and asked if I could use them for pickleball training with Marc, who I've actually been training with for more than a year. It seemed like a pretty simple solution: I have credits with Genesis, I want to use them with a Genesis trainer I already know and have trained with. Wayne answer was that they can't transfer credits between departments. So apparently the money can be collected by Genesis, the credits can sit in my Genesis account, and I can use them with another Genesis trainer... but moving those credits to another Genesis department is somehow impossible. Wayne then offered to have me use the remaining PT sessions with another trainer, including someone who specializes in pickleball, but they still wouldn't transfer the credits to pickleball. After 8+ years as a member, this is pretty disappointing. At these prices, there are plenty of better options in Orlando.

The entry area does feel a little crowded with the juice bar and all the seating there. But it is clean and well done. This is my second time out here to support my mom in a tournament. And honestly the tournaments are pretty well run! The speakers they have only at the front so if your on the courts you have to pay close attention to hear the announcements.

Playing continuously with little to no breaks in between definitely made it feel like a workout. There were hardly anyone there in the weekday morning You can get your own court or jump in with people. It was great to practice, train and play some great games. I definitely want to come back to play again

Parking for the pickle ball is on the grass right next to the courts. There was a tennis court and a good amount of pickleball courts with several entry points. The courts were well kept and everyone was courteous with the courts not too full and people of all ages playing including kids. To enter and exit the courts, you might have to pass behind while others play. The courts are close by each other so there's a lot of opportunities for balls to go into other courts during play, so be wary. Overall, a great park to play at!

The space was really big and it definitely had a lot of courts to play on. I went on a Tuesday morning and surprisingly it was pretty packed for it being 10 AM. Unfortunately, I didn't get to try any of the food because I think they opened around noon, which was the time I was leaving. There was a game room and game area both in front and in back of the building. They had some games as well that you could play if you just wanted to relax and not play pickle ball. There was an area where you can rent out. We were lucky enough to meet one of the managers that showed my group around and let us know that if you were interested in spaces to rent, then they would be able to accommodate that as well. If this was closer to my house, then I would probably go there more often. But they get a lot of business so definitely be prepared to make some friends
