She was literally yelled at by a large man behind the counter saying "we aren't even making any money off of you groupon people". She left crying (which they called her crazy for). On the Groupon itself it asks that you call OR text the phone number provided with setting up an appointment, so I have done both. I bought this Groupon in September of 2017, over three months ago, for eyelash and eyebrow tinting. I wanted to get them done before a wedding I had in October, but that didn't work out. I am only getting a voicemail that [loosely] says "leave a message with your name, phone number, and service required or text all of the information to us" which I have done numerous times to no avail. My Groupon expires in eleven days on January 21. I both called AND text the clinic on Tuesday, January 8 and have yet to hear from them. If I do not receive a reply by tomorrow, I will be driving to the clinic to speak with someone in person about their horrible customer service. They should not deal with their clients this way, especially since I have already spent the money for the service. I will be updating this review if and when I speak to someone. Until then, do not waste your time, money, or effort on this clinic.
