If you are looking for customer service look elsewhere. After 5 years of using this studio I find myself searching for a place that will put the customer first. Em[ployees that don't take time to explain sittings, and poorly run sessions. Upset over the quality is not their problem and the customer is not right and not first with this studio. The owner stated to me,"You need to go somewhere else to get what you want, because I run this studio like this to keep the cost down." So to anyone with a new baby, a senior in high school or families wanting that special moment, look elsewhere for your memories in pictures and not at the photo store. read more

I started using The Photo Store after my son, now 20 months, was born. We got a great package that included photos at 3, 6, 9 and 12 months. At the conclusion of the 12 months session, we got a really neat collage of photos that was included with the package. Their photographers are really good at making babies smile. We just did another session in their outdoor studio, and it took only 20 minutes. In addition, the same photographer made my baby belly laugh during the whole session.
