We called Phillips and a serviceman was sent. Omar arrived promptly and crawled under to investigate the situation. He gave us a quote, gathered tools and pipe to fix the crack getting dirty and wet in the process. In about an hour, start to finish, the pipe was repaired and water back on. When they left-I still had no hot water. When I contacted a reputable plumber, I found both thermostats and both heating elements were bad when Phillips came. They were never looked at! I will never use them again and would NOT recommend anyone else use them. I gave Phillips a chance to refund at least some of the money I paid them as this was clearly a rip off-they never responded, the just cashed my check.

Richard Allen came out the next day after we called and checked out the roof. He gave us a very reasonable quote for the repair and scheduled us for two days later. The job was done with great care to the rest of the roof and house. Now the roof doesn't leak any more. I didn't get a chance to rate that job before Milton came through. The day after Milton came through we called WCM to request a roof check for damage. We knew there were shingles missing. Richare Allen was at the house that afternoon to assess the damage and gave us a good quote for the rapairs. We were expecting them on Monday but they are here on Saturday fixing our issues.
