There's a large waiting area so always room to go to a separate area if need be. Dr. Murphy is FABULOUS! I went with a problem for my dog, and she gave me multiple options. She did not push anything the practice offered. I was able to go home and do some research before I made a decision with which route I wanted to go and she was completely understanding of that and even told me if I had questions with what I found or any other ideas to shoot her an email and she'd be happy to let me know her opinion or an alternative! Each time I've seen her, she always takes time to answer questions, does not make me feel rushed or like I'm asking pointless questions. The vet techs are great too. They are always so patient with my sometimes less than cooperative pups!

This just reinforces my feelings of distrust, and proof that I chose correctly. If you cannot question or advocate for your pet, that proves ego is more important than the animals. And, they misspelled my name. The story: My little 10# dog had her 2nd dental by Dr Tabor. When I got her home she started crying, a wet cough and runny nose. I called the office and was told that I could pick up pain medicine in the morning. It was 330PM. I had to carry and walk her for 12 hours while she cried and coughed. I won't write about the calls back and forth. When Dr Tabor finally called she let me know that there was nothing that could've been done to prevent/alleviate my dog's suffering. Not acceptable. I have had 11 of my own and 6 foster dogs in 3 states. No dental has been like this.

We recently had to get a cat Spayed and front claws removed. Anne was very helpful and…read moreprofessional. She provided me with lots of information upon dropping off our cat. And again at pick up time we were provided with 4 pages of care instructions. It is obvious how much she cares about the cats she takes care of. She is a certified Vet and charges WAY less than most Veterinary Clinics. She even checked for ear mites at no cost. When you enter the house "clinic" I wish I would have taken a picture of a write up about Anne. It explains why she is able to charge such a low price and about her commitment to taking care of the cats. She is committed to helping spay and Neuter farm cats so they do not over populate and get killed on the road or fill up animal shelters. She also takes care of house cats too. I also heard she can administer any of the shots a cat may need as well. If you are in need of cat services and don't mind a short drive this is a place you must consider. Be aware there may be a wait, I think we needed to schedule an appointment 4 months out. Not sure if she handles emergencies.

His wife and kids came in to give her meds, love, playtime, and lots of cuddles. By day 3, she was back to her wild baby self. I wouldn't hesitiate for an instant to take her back, or to recommend them to anyone. She was so spoiled and loved, I couldn't have asked for anything more.
