I have worked out at other gyms for years with little results. I now go to The Perfect Workout. Ginger is my personal trainer. I have seen amazing results in just a few months with going there. For example I was never able to lift my carry on suitcase into the overhead bin on a flight. But, on my flight this weekend I lifted my very heavy carry on with ease into the overhead bin. If you want an experienced personal trainer that takes you to another level you must try The Perfect Workout. I can't recommend them enough. read more

These 20 minute workouts are incredibly effective and completely tailored to you. Ginger and Adam are amazing at making small adjustments to really target the right muscles while keeping everything comfortable and safe. As a busy mom with very little extra time in my day, I love that I can get such an effective workout in such a short time. I started seeing noticeable muscle definition and results in just a few weeks! read more

It's been about four months since I started doing the 20 minute workouts once a week. I had never stepped in a gym due to knee issues but since I am scheduled for surgery in October I knew I had to strengthen my legs. Adam and Ginger have been amazing at getting me to goals I had never envisioned for myself. I am doing things I never thought I'd be doing and am in the best shape of my life at almost 60. I can see the changes and have muscles I never thought I'd see. My original plan was just to do this until surgery but it has totally changed my plans and will continue as soon as I am cleared. read more

As a senior, I was concerned about being treated like a 20 year old and being injured. Not the case. They are wonderful and work within my limitations. Highly recommend them to get your started on your health journey and beyond. read more

This has been the most amazing workout for me! Targeting specific muscles in 20-minute workouts has proven effective and successful for my body. Ginger is my main trainer and is beyond helpful in making needed adjustments to ensure I feel safe and body protected. She also provides excellent fitness information along the way. The bonus - Ginger is personable, funny, and very encouraging. I cannot say enough positive things about this program and their trainers. (I see Adam when Ginger is not available. He is top quality as well.) read more

I've been going to Perfect Workout MV location since the start of Nov '25 and I've seen great improvement with my strength and endurance this past 2 months. I'm so amazed at how much weight I can pull/push. Having Ginger coach me every single sec/minute is amazing! She helps me keep my position right and encourages me to continue to push through. I love the 1:1 training for 20min twice a week. I've seen great results and so happy with my progress! read more

Ginger is an amazing trainer who cares deeply about her clients progress toward their goals and over all success. I training with her for several months and can say she is an amazing person and trainer. The facility is another matter. The equipment is crowded into 2 small rooms and 1 that is about double the size. It is nautilus equipment and does not meet the needs of people who are short in stature but Ginger did her best to provide cushions of all sizes to try to accommodate. Their new equipment slated for 2027 promised to be outstanding. The restroom are not in the space and there are multiple air purifiers to help this carpeted area to smell fresh. I would gladly work with Ginger with new, modern equipment in a fresher environment anytime! read more

The perfect workout is my most effective workout in my almost 46 years of consistently working out. The most effective in building muscle mass and as for having a person trainer Michael Morris as my trainer is he listens he coaches he encourages and is constantly pushing me as I work very hard the 20 minutes goes very quickly however very challenging! My husband now does the work out as well with Michael paces him listens to him and I can see the progress he is making. Every single exercise machine I do is very challenging. I cannot say enough encouraging for anyone to replace a workout which I have done in my case of 10 years with a particular program many injuries to no injuries using the perfect workout system. It is a keeper for my life style my body needs to stay fit. read more

Okay so I was a skeptic. I mean how could a 20 minute workout be effective when I work out at least an hour in each session at the gym and seemingly kill myself for results? Well. I became a believer when I noticed a few of my patients started to go over to The Perfect Workout in Mission Viejo and work out only 2/week. While we help them with weight loss, there was definitely something different about these patients. They are losing fat more efficiently and guess what? GAINING muscle. Wow- I'm intrigued. Workouts are awesome. I mean working out 20 minutes and getting results? Sign me up. The coaches are phenomenal. I have worked with Gilbert, Phil, and Julie. And they all kick butt. Go give them a try! read more

Health is Wealth. Invest in yourself through two 20 minute workouts per week. One year ago I was in desperate need to improve my physical health due to chronic joint issues and an unstable lower back. Traditional gyms or fitness options like Orange Theory (I previous tried for nine months) lost their appeal to me. I can honestly say that I've never enjoyed physical exercise. I researched the best solutions and determined I needed one on one coaching and support. My research lead me to The Perfect Workout. After one year of workouts, I'm stronger, have not thrown out my back, and feel generally more fit. The program is designed to provide a gradual improvement in muscle growth. You must stay with the program. The first three months will help you build the habit of getting to the gym and create a baseline for your progress. Then, you will benefit from the increasing weights to feel stronger. I now look forward to seeing the improved definition of my muscles. I still don't like physical exercise, but will continue with The Perfect Workout because it meets all my restrictions and I'm healthier for the journey. read more

Still going regularly. The facility has gone through some floor plan changes which made it more efficient navigating to each machine. Nothing but kudos for Angela and Remington who I work out with regularly. Both so encouraging and they push you to your limits. For 20 minutes twice a week, it's the best workout for me that yielded real results, which makes me happy! read more

I've been an athlete all of my life, a "gym rat" for 40+ years doing the 5 days/week, 3 to 4 sets of 12, 10, 8 reps/body part once/week routine. As it often occurs, work and life started getting in the way, and it was becoming harder and harder to stay motivated and on-track with this type of workout. Injuries were more frequent, time-off became mandatory, and if not careful, I'd fall into a cycle of working out, injuring myself, time-off and ultimately re-injure when getting back to my routine. I heard about The Perfect Workout and thought I'd give it a try to get re-energized and gain a fresh spin to my workouts...this was the best decision EVER! My trainer, Vanessa Villalovos, is motivating, constantly monitoring my technique throughout my workouts for maximum effort/results, offers advice about nutrition and outside-of-the-workout activities, and monitors my progress from Day 1. I can testify that it IS possible to achieve great results from a 20-minute workout routine. No waiting for machines helps keep my heart rate high and has longer-lasting calorie burn after my workouts. Old injuries? Not a problem, my trainer and I can make accommodations to range of motion so I can still achieve the most out of every movement. Unless you have the knowledge to do this yourself, this can't be achieved with ease on your own. I have just signed-on for my second group of sessions and look forward to even better results than my first 12-week package. I'm stronger, more energized and motivated with my workouts than I've been in a very long time. Vanessa has learned what I'm capable of doing, and she helps me pull it out each and every workout. Wait, what if she's unable to make our pre-scheduled appointment? No problem, she informs me who I'll be working with and I can retain my workouts on my schedule. All workouts are thoroughly documented and the trainers are top-notch and certified. I have yet to be disappointed with a workout. This is the real deal...well worth the investment in yourself. read more

I keep getting the feed on my FB page advertising for the PWO to try it for free so I decided I give it a try I booked my first session online, I then start to getting emails, texts and phone calls to confirming my schedule! I probably got 10+ texts and several calls and emails! I showed up on got greeted with Nick he was nice told me about him self 20min and asked if I needed help with nutrition information I said no don't need help , he showed me the gym 3 small rooms with few exercise equipment in each room same one you can find at any gyms to do weight left and work out legs, arms extra so he had me do about 5 different equipment with a very slow motion he said that is the key to getting the best results in the fitness! 20 minutes workout sounds too good to be true! After he asked if I know about the pricing, I respond no then he got his clipboard to show me the price and he said it is $495 a month if I want to visit twice a week and that is 20 minutes at each visit my jaw drops I said this is too much it's out of my budget I'm sorry I have to pass! Then he said so it's $75 for today! I told him the offer on FB was to try it for complementary first visit so that's why I sign-up for! Then he went to his office and start looking at his laptop! I was so embarrassed and angry so I asked him so you don't believe me? I wouldn't have come if it wasn't for the add for try out! Then he asked me if I had been attended on 2011 ? I was beside my self with his behavior! I told him no I was ready to leave he asked if I take the package with me no thanks! He said to give a free pass to a friend to use! No I don't think I refer a friend! Hard sale and pushy don't even bother going herehere! read more

I have been doing The Perfect Workout since February 2013. Obviously I love it, or I would not have hung in there for 5 1/2 years! I am getting noticeably stronger all the time and can easily lift myself up to get on my counter tops to grab things from high shelves or change my clock! I enjoy pushing myself to do longer and slower workouts, and get great encouragement to do so (even when I don't think I want it)! As a 65 year old woman, this is important to me. I go twice a week, and love my trainers. They really care and are encouraging and helpful. I love having someone I'm accountable to. I "have" to go twice a week, even if I really feel like sleeping in! This program, along with a wonderful eating program called Bright Line Eating have helped me to reduce by 35+ pounds and lose many many inches over the last few years, and keep it off for over a year. I do have to mention that it is NOT inexpensive, but I really think it's worth it, and it's my intention to keep going! read more

I was referred to The Perfect Workout by a friend over 3 years ago after a back injury. I am glad I signed up and have continued to go regularly since. It has helped me work through the healing and become stronger and gain more muscle definition with less chance of getting injured. I have worked with a few of the trainers and they are all very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. My current trainer, Remington, that I have worked with for quite a while is the best! He is great at training me and being able to work around injuries and health issues that might keep most people from working out. He is very knowledgeable, challenges me and praises my accomplishments. It's a great start to my day whenever I go. I highly recommend! read more

The Perfect Workout is a true Blessing for me. One of the most challenging yet fulfilling workouts I have ever done! Having fallen off the Gym Rat Wagon, it's been a struggle balancing work & gym. Old school mindset of lifting 5 days a week for 2 hours a night just got harder and harder. Then comes along The Perfect Workout and Vanessa Villalovos! These 20-minute workouts will kick your ass like no other workout! I haven't reached my goal yet but I'm closer than I have ever been. I am stronger than I have ever been and continue to get stronger with each workout. I enjoy the fact that it is a private setting, it is a personalized session, and the trainers truly know what they're doing. No waiting for machines while your heartrate slows and your muscles are resting. No resting during the 20-minute workout! Thank you from the bottom of my heart Vanessa and The Perfect Workout! read more

My first impression was an exceedingly professional environment and the trainer "Sonja Jackson" was remarkably talented. She was very patient answering all of my Micro management questions. I wanted to know everything about this training technique. Sonja's pre-planned workout was phenomenal and I could really feel the difference in my muscle activation. Compared to my regular weight lifting methods. I would recommend anyone to try this. Especially if you have joint problems. I have a bad knee and i usually have a lot of pain after leg day. I had no pain after training in this fashion. Two thumbs up to Sonja for showing me this new exercise technique. read more

I joined The Perfect Workout in Mission Viejo in September 2017 because I needed to lose weight and get in better physical shape. I had been active in sports for most of my life but with getting older, now 69 years old, and due to various sports related injuries, I had been gaining a lot of weight to 265 lbs and dieting hadn't been working. I also am still working and did not have a lot of time and had heard about the 20 minute workouts in radio advertising and decided to try it out. Angela Kading my Certified Personal Trainer at the The Perfect Workout was great in getting me back in shape and also helping me get my weight down to 220lbs. Angela is also a Personal Nutrition Coach and I am eating better and healthier foods. read more

I've been working out at The Perfect Workout twice a week for just over a year now. As a business owner and mom, making time for workouts had fallen to the bottom of my priority list. Having a set appointment with a personal trainer is what I needed to make a commitment to improve my health and who can't commit to 20 minutes? I've seen results and I plan to continue. I think I've worked with nearly all the trainers at this location; primarily with Remmington Wahlrab and they are outstanding! This is what I needed to get re-focused on my health and do something good for myself! read more

I have known Angela Kading for many years and have had the opportunity to train with her for quiet some time. Working out has always been a chore for me, but not here. I look forward to going to my workouts with Angela and have gained an amazing amount of strength without straining or hurting my muscles. Straining my muscles is something I was always fearful of after surgery but with Angela's guidance and how the company teaches slow motion strength training, I've only gotten stronger with no injury. She is there to push you and encourage you to limits that you never would be able to do on your own. And my favorite part is that you get a full body workout including cardio in just 20-30 minutes. I also love that Angela takes the time after your workout to teach you how to eat a healthy and balanced diet. I all around recommend going to see Angela at the Perfect Workout in Mission Viejo. read more
