Launchpad Fitness changed my life! I have never been a big fitness/workout person, but I heard…read moreabout it through a friend and decided to try a class. The first class is free -- so why not? It was amazing! The workout is challenging but the instructors offer lots of versions of each move so you can pick the level of difficulty that's right for you. I started coming every week, and I have turned into a fitness JUNKIE. I don't recognize myself. I used to hate push ups and burpees and wall sits, but now I LOVE them. I used to have neck and shoulder pain and went to physical therapy and had to do boring exercises that I loathed. I don't have pain anymore because I have developed so much strength from going to Launchpad fitness, and it's really fun. It's a small gym so it's really about community and relationships. The instructors are really personal and caring. I see the same people in classes every week, and now they are my friends. We all cheer each other on, groan together, and support each other. The first time I missed a class after going for a few weeks in a row, Kelly sent me a message asking if I was ok. I let her know I was sick, and she offered to run to the pharmacy and get me anything if I needed it. One time, I showed up to class after a rough day, and Tamara hugged me while I cried and helped me use my work out as an emotional release. It's not just a business; it's a family. I'm not just working out; they've transformed my body and my attitude towards fitness.

P.S. this review is based on an intro class... Will review again as I progress.

If you're looking for a challenge, TITLE is the place to go! I waited to write a review after a few…read moremonths of being a member so that I could comment on the full experience. I have been a member since July! One of the best perks about boxing at TITLE is that you get to try your first class for free. As someone who really does like to try before I buy, I was able to see if I wanted to make a time and monetary commitment to boxing by going to the gym, getting a tour of the facilities, and working with one of their trainers. I definitely recommend going to Tracy's 9:30am on Sunday for anyone who was like me and had never boxed before. Yes, it's early, but you will walk away feeling amazing about yourself! So, as someone who has tried many different workouts (HITT, BBG, Insanity), I was on the search for a new full-body workout that didn't have me slogging away on a treadmill or lifting weights on repeat. I was initially worried that I would be bad at boxing or that everyone would see that I wasn't able to keep up, but this gym has an amazing atmosphere and everyone is supportive no matter what level you're starting at. I started out as a complete beginner with no idea how to even throw a punch. I HIGHLY recommend giving it a try if you're even thinking about joining. When your first class is free and you're not pressured into a commitment, what do you really have to lose? It's really changed how I feel about myself, and I can't recommend this place enough!

The sessions with Justin vary every time, so I'm not doing the same exercises every visit. Even week to week, it's never the same. He also challenges you to do more than you thought possible (never have I ever done 60 lb leg lifts or 90 lb hamstring curls on my own). One day, I was doing walking lunges with 15 lb weights. I left the room and I didn't realize he switched my weights to 20's until I put them away. Mind over matter. Justin also listens and remembers your limitations. They have added spin and zumba classes ($10 each), in addition to their Saturday group workout session (a bargain at $5). I hope to get to spin soon. I also like their new app to book your session, pay, check in, etc. There is a little lounge area, vending machines and a kids room on site as well. Everyone seems friendly and when you keep seeing the same faces, it becomes easier to come in and feel comfortable. You even have your fellow gym goers as commiserate as you do your workout :-)

LOVE this place and pretty sure I've found my fitfam! Challenges: Sound at home workouts and nutrition - sooo many good results stories out of this. Go see their IG! Bootcamp: I burn about 25%-40% more than my normal Y classes(per Fitbit) & ittsa vibe - they occasionally have health related vendors and a DJ! Training: Josh always listens to what I need and comes up w/creative sessions for me and pushes me to do more than I think I can but is right there w/support. Facility: It's a boutique studio(smallish), that being said it has many sections AND a kid room which my 6yo has tested and approved. Parking is not an issue.

They take very good care to ensure my safety, and teach proper form, all while pushing me to achieve what I never thought possible. I've grown much stronger in the few months that I've been going here and never once did they push me to do something that I wasn't able to accomplish. I learned to trust that they will never ask me to do something that I'm not capable of achieving. They have a studio in Exton as well. Both facilities are private, clean and well equipped.
