My sister recently hosted a birthday party at Get Air, and unfortunately, the experience was…read moredisappointing due to several issues that need attention. The biggest concern was the temperature in the party room. We had more than 40 guests in the room, and it was extremely hot and uncomfortable. There was only one fan available, and when we asked if another fan could be provided, we were told that the additional fan was reserved for guests using the massage chairs. Given that the party room was packed with over 40 people, it seemed like a much greater need existed there than in the massage chair area. The heat became so unbearable that several guests went to their vehicles to retrieve battery-operated fans just to stay comfortable. One family even left the party early because of the conditions. It was clear that the room's ventilation or air conditioning was not adequate for the number of people using the space. Installing blinds on the large window may help reduce heat from the sun, but the HVAC system should also be evaluated to ensure the room remains comfortable for party guests. Another issue involved cleanliness and customer service. One of our party guests became sick and vomited. When the employee who appeared to be the supervisor on duty was informed, his response was disappointing. He appeared irritated and stated that he had another party to attend to and would get to the cleanup later. This was not an appropriate response to a situation involving guest health and sanitation. Based on this experience, I believe this location would benefit from: Additional staffing to properly support multiple parties at the same time. Improved customer service training for employees. An inspection of the HVAC system in the first party room to address the excessive heat. Additional cooling solutions, such as fans and window blinds, to keep guests comfortable. While the children enjoyed the attractions, the overall party experience was negatively impacted by the uncomfortable conditions and lack of responsive customer service. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes improvements for future guests. The coach decided to have my son stand in the net and catch the ball as each of the boys fielded it and threw as hard as they could. Of course, he missed one and it hit him in the Eye. It cut him above the eye. He left the field bleeding and with broken glasses. The coach never came to check on him. We had to find someone to get a first aid kit to assist us. I was denied a refund. At the front desk, Kevin (the receptionist) told me it's $15 per person plus $5 for shoes. I simply asked why some people were playing with their own shoes, and instead of explaining, he became rude and aggressive. He told me I couldn't bowl and even gestured for me to leave. I stayed calm and said I'd pay for the shoes anyway just to avoid any issue, but he still refused to let me play. When I asked for the manager, Tony, things got worse. He approached with a laughing, dismissive attitude, interrupted me constantly, and even started raising his voice while I was trying to explain politely. His behavior was shockingly unprofessional -- honestly, Tony doesn't seem fit for even the lowest customer-service role, let alone a management position. The entire interaction made me feel completely disrespected and possibly discriminated against. No customer should be treated this way for simply asking a question. This place desperately needs better management and training in professionalism, respect, and basic customer service. I would strongly recommend avoiding this bowling center.

We played a different field every single round, and we stayed the full day, which was about six hours! The leader of our group was Gavin i believe and he did an outstanding job of controlling the kids and early 20 something's who can get a little excitable, to provide safe and Fairplay for everybody! He also did me a serious solid when something happened that could've ruined the day, but he was able to fix the issue Immediately! I truly appreciate that! All of the fields are unique, vast and have different qualities to them! I will say, if you're going to play airsoft, and you're gonna be there most of the day, you'll probably need to buy the extra bag of ammo. That was 100% needed for all of us playing. The rental guns are pretty decent, I wouldn't necessarily expect too much, but they definitely get the job done and they were thoroughly explained to everybody on how to use them. If you are having a malfunction or it is not shooting properly, let them know and they will get you fixed up. I certainly wouldn't call the experience cheap, but I do think it was worth it in the long run! If you go often, you definitely want a membership, and I don't really have any great tips on discounts besides book online to save yourself I think five dollars per person. Otherwise, expect to get the day pass, the equipment rental, and probably some extra ammo regardless if you're playing airsoft or paintball. Although you might be able to get away with what they provide you for paintball? All in all, it's an incredibly fun experience and I would say ages 10 and up would thoroughly enjoy it! Airsoft pellets, don't hurt too much, but you will feel them, paintballs are a little bit different and you'll definitely feel that. There seem to be double the air-soft players for what its worth. Wear long sleeves/pants and extra padding if need be! All in all, this is a great place for huge groups, birthday parties, or just going in by yourself for open play matches and enjoying your day! If you're debating it, definitely go!

About 2 months ago I was fit for a set of irons at a nearby golf course and had a good experience there but the job they did at Mistwood blew that away. I worked directly with Eric on my actual fitting but it started during the week leading up with the other fitter Chris. He called me up and we had about a 20 minute chat about what I was looking for out of the fitting and what to expect. The guys are very accessible and responsive to questions I had before and after the fitting. On my fitting day I worked directly with Eric and he was great, he was very knowledgeable about all the brands and kept handing me clubs to try, even those that I hadn't thought of hitting. He was also very patient and didn't try and change my swing at all but instead fit the best club to my current swing. I hit all of the top brands and even a few others, that was worth the price in itself. They use a Trackman Launch monitor which many consider to be the best monitor for collecting data. We spent a long time getting a base line on several different head and shaft combinations. We then picked my 3 best and started tweaking them for different lofts and weights on each to dial them in. I actually left being fit into 2 different clubs for me to choose. All in all it was a great experience, the dome itself adds a whole level to it, most indoor fittings you hit into a net or screen that is 10 feet away, where at the dome you get to see about 100 yards of ball flight.
