She was so understanding. We will always be thankful for such a beautiful memory! I found my perfect dress today and can't say enough good things! Nicole was so wonderful. She was personable and funny, but professional. She was so good at letting us look at each dress and spend time. There was no pressure whatsoever. It is appointment only, which is great because you feel very secure and special as you are trying on with your loved ones around. She even had set up 4-5 dresses that she thought I would like upon my arrival. The selection of dresses is amazing-- anyone would be able to find something! The entire experience was comfortable, special, and intimate! I will have beautiful memories from today for a long time , and I couldn't be happier with my dress.

They start at size 6 and go up from there but Michelle at the shop was super helpful and let me know they can be taken in about 3 dress sizes if needed. Michelle was so amazing and patient, I ended up loving 2 completely opposite dresses and had to have a night to sleep on it, which she encouraged! Before deciding to sleep on it I tried both back on at least 3 times each lol. she was also extremely honest and knowledgeable on styles, alterations etc. I'm so glad we made the hour and half trip out, I said yes to the dress!!!

The place is gorgeous with the BEST team you could imagine. Michelle, Kyrah, and Brooke took such great care of me and my family during my visits to the store. They genuinely love their job and provide exceptional service. From the minute I walked in, no appointment needed (ever!), each of them made me feel so comfortable and provided guidance to keep me feeling supported throughout the experience but also gave me space to let me think through each dress choice, what I loved about it and never feel pressured to make a decision! I can't tell you how many dresses I tried on and how patient they were each time they needed to help me get in it, take pictures of it all beautifully displayed in front of the mirrors and then get me back out of it! I wish I still needed to find a dress because I would keep going back again and again just to see their team! I recommend this place 100000/10.

They showed us around the store and informed us of the size range of dress I would fit into. I was pleasantly surprised by the number of dresses available in my size. Then I got to look through the selection myself, and anything I pulled, they had waiting for me in my dressing room. They helped me try on a handful of dresses and modified the fit when needed to give me a better idea of the alterations that could be made. The pricing was the best I could find anywhere around Greensboro and the staff were very friendly!They also had many other dresses for mother of the bride/groom, which I'm sure were also reasonably priced.

My first visit was three years ago when I was searching for a mother-of-the-bride dress for my daughter's wedding. Since then, I've returned four more times this year, hoping each time that the experience would improve. Unfortunately, it never did. Today, I stopped by without an appointment--I was just driving by and wanted to see what they had. I didn't have high expectations, but I still hoped for decent customer service. I came in dressed nicely, ready to browse a variety of dresses for my engagement and wedding. I'm 51 years old, and while I may not fit the stereotypical image of a bride, I came in with every intention of finding something beautiful and meaningful. I started in the formal section and made my way to the bridal gowns. That's when an older employee approached me and asked, "Are you wanting a wedding dress?" I responded politely, but her tone and attitude made me feel like I didn't belong. Honestly, I felt like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman--walking into a boutique and being judged unfairly. The difference is, I can afford a gown, and I've earned the right to be treated with respect. Instead, I was met with condescension and coldness. Feeling unwelcome, I put the dresses back and walked out. On my way out, I overheard three other women expressing their own disappointment with the service and saying they'd be taking their business elsewhere. That confirmed everything I was feeling. On a brighter note, I've previously visited New York Bride in Greensboro, and the ladies there were absolutely amazing. Their dresses are stunning, and while I didn't find the one during my visit, the experience was everything a bride hopes for--warm, supportive, and joyful. I highly recommend checking them out if you're in the area. Needless to say, I won't be returning to David's Bridal--and I won't be recommending them to anyone. Customer service matters, especially during such meaningful moments. Do better.

The Wedding Galleria made me feel extremely awkward and unwelcome. I say unwelcome in the sense that when I was there I felt very uncomfortable because of the actions of the sales associate. When I entered the associate smiled and was helpful finding the bridesmaid dress I needed to order. However, when I tried it on to determine what size I needed to order, I did not feel that she focused on how to resolve the issues with the way the dress fit me. I instead I felt as if she pointed out every flaw on my body and blamed me for not fitting the dress, rather than the fact that the dress I was obligated to buy was made for a woman much taller than myself. I felt that the associate could have been much more helpful in pointing out that alterations to the dress would rectify the fact that my height caused the sample size to fit me poorly; however, I sincerely felt that her only solution to the issues was to actively insist that I needed a larger size. The customer service in this institution is lacking and I feel that all paying clients should be treated with the a high level of respect and service, unfortunately I was not.

We were excited to find that this store carried the designer and were looking forward to making a day out of wedding preparations as we are not from Greensboro and would be driving a couple of hours to get to the store. First my sister called the store a week in advance to see if we would need an appointment. The girl she spoke with on the phone was very rude and for some reason didn't seem to understand that the two of us were looking for our own dresses without the rest of the bridesmaids. She kept asking "well where are you ACTUALLY going to get your dresses?" in a condescending tone as though we were wasting her time. I don't know, maybe commission off of two bridesmaids dresses instead of a whole wedding of bridesmaids didn't appeal to her. Anyways after an unpleasant conversation, the employee made it clear that Saturdays were VERY busy and that we would definitely need to make an appointment if we were planning on coming in on a Saturday. We went ahead and made an appointment for 4:30 the following Saturday. We would have liked to have an earlier appointment, but the employee said that was the only appointment they had left, and as she had also said they were very busy on Saturdays we understood and were happy to get that appointment. Fast forward a week and we've made the drive to Greensboro and show up at the store to try on some dresses. We walk in at about 4:10 and know that we're early for our appointment so we're prepared to wait. A girl comes out to greet us (in the empty lobby....really there was one other customer in the whole store and she was just flipping through a book of wedding invitations) and we tell her that we have a 4:30 appointment to try on bridesmaid dresses. We tell her what designer we are looking for and she points us towards a rack of dresses. We start looking through everything and are disappointed to find that they only have about 15% of the styles from the designer's website. Oh well, we drove all the way there for the appointment so we're ready to make the most of it. I pick out about three dresses to try on and no employee is around, so I walk to the front of the shop to ask to girl we spoke with before where a fitting room is. She looks at me like I'm an idiot and says "umm it's too late to try on dresses." At this point it is 4:20. That's 10 minutes before the appointment we made. We tell her that we made an appointment to try on dresses for 4:30 and she tells us no, the last appointment to try on dresses is 3:30. We tell her that we definitely made an appointment for 4:30. We would have gladly taken a 3:30 appointment when scheduling on the phone, in fact we would have preferred it, but the employee we spoke with told us that 4:30 was the only thing available. The girl in the store was incredibly rude and was acting like we were dumb for thinking that we were going to be able to try on dresses. Honestly, how long did they think it would take someone to try on three dresses? They really thought it would take me more than 40 minutes? Frankly the girl seemed lazy and just like she didn't want to be bothered with us. She goes into the back "to get the appointment book to show us that appointments after 3:30 can't try on dresses" (which we really didn't care about and never asked to see the book) and while she's gone the one other customer in the store looked at us and started commented on how rude the sales lady had been to us. She then told us that the bridal mart in Burlington carries the same designer of dress we were looking for and even said "I know they carry it because I had to go there to get one because the people here were no help to me". I was glad to hear that we weren't the only people who had had problems with the sales staff at this store! Anyways my sister and I are both feeling unwelcome and like we want to get out of the store ASAP, and then the sales lady finally comes out from the back room. She tells us that it's fine if we want to try on dresses but by that time we are more than ready to leave and walk out. I just can't imagine what inspires such terrible customer service! When making the appointment on the phone it was clear that we were coming to try on bridesmaid dresses, not just to stare at them. If trying on dresses with a 4:30 appointment wasn't possible they should have let us know that on the phone. Oh well, we will be taking the advice of the other customer and will be finding our dresses elsewhere! We will also be telling our friends to avoid the store, which is too bad for them because two of the other bridesmaids in this wedding are from Greensboro and if we had had a pleasant experience at this store we would have recommended that they order their dresses through the store as well, but now we'll tell them to avoid this store at all costs!
