They either hang up on you, or pass you around to 7 different numbers and when you call them, they are not nice at all. It is in sane that a new paper company cannot do a simply job. It was a total waste of my time to try to get in touch with someone that wants to work and do what a news paper does. Something is fundamental wrong with this paper. Years ago they were pretty good but now.... I have no idea how they stay in business. One can only hope another newspaper comes and town and shuts them down.

Pay bill on line - Management should try to do this when e-mail comes. Website for bill paying is terrible. 3. Long wait times. Like others, our company was scammed by Karen Saunders from The Palm Pages publication. On 3-24-16…read moreMs. Saunders solicited our medical practice in Sarasota, FL seeking a much "asked for" and "exclusive" ad in her local business directory, The Palm Pages. She supposedly gave us a "deal" on a $2500 ad for just $1500, but needed payment in full to secure the ad space in her upcoming publication. Having recently opened the medical practice, we wanted to reach a certain audience and Ms. Saunders certainly talked a very good game about being local, etc. Needless to say, it is our fault for not vetting her at the time. We had the same experience dealing with her as everyone else and finally had our attorney send her a notice to refund the ad price. Ms. Saunders called our attorney with the exact same excuses listed by others! This woman has to be stopped and we are pursuing every means available to recover our funds and hold her accountable in a court of law.
