The shirt is not fit to his body at all. The pants were not altered, to the point rhey still had chalk in the bottom. And the jacket, still had the pockets stitched up. He doesn't have time to go back and have it fitted with his schedule leading up to the wedding - which is stressful - especially when you pay so much. Really disappointed, and inconvenienced as hell.

I felt fine with that because the item I had in mind was a dress that just needed the slit closed. A Reformation Dress--pretty simple work if you know the design. When I came to pick up the dress I was charged $60...!!! --to close a slit in the dress. If those are Madison prices I will not be returning and warn anyone to steer clear. Never again...! I can ONLY imagine how expensive more involved work would be based on the owners "judgement" 0/10 for pricing and the work was very basic
