    Great selection!

Don't change a thing! This is the most perfect, fall experience. Small enough to feel like an authentic family farm, with much more than pumpkins to offer but large enough to feel like a festive, celebration of Fall harvest. The colors of fall are just phenomenal and the selection of pumpkins is extraordinary. There's something here for everyone, and the prices are really good Plus there's no admission fee and they allow pets! The service is really great Too. We've been coming here since we moved to the Woodland area eight years ago and it is now a family tradition.

    Horse ride

We had a great day, kinda spendy, but our niece loved everything we did, especially the horse ride, she met a new friend on hayride,we went the weekend before Halloween and it was crowded, but waits were not long, except pizza, but they cooked it on pizza oven,no problemo.we will be back next yr,maybe a couple of weekends before Halloween,

We enjoyed visiting The Patch. Parking was easy. The pumpkins were all different sizes and the hay ride looked fun. There was a small maze for children and the large maze was huge. The owners really put together a place where all ages are welcome.

My family had so much fun at The Patch last year! I hope for it to become a family tradition. There are cute spots for pictures, a field for picking, and a huge selection of pre-picked pumpkins and gourds. Very large variety! There were more activities there too, but we specifically went just to pick a pumpkin and our kiddo wasn't old enough for much more than that yet. We had a super good time though and I'm excited to go back in the fall.

Wow! Hidden gem alert! We had such a wonderful time here today. Admittedly there was some confusion as to what/when to pay for things but all in all a lovely patch and great time had by all. Just enough things to keep us and the kids busy, but not so busy it was chaotic. We went on a Friday when school was out. I am sure that helped with the crowd. I am not sure they were ready for the influx of guests due to the no-school day though only because the food truck seemed to be out of most items. But nonetheless that didn't stop us from enjoying the free 1 acre corn maze and riding the hay ride. There's also a 5 acre maze but with two young kids we opted out of that. Lots of cute photo ops, a wide variety of pumpkins, and plenty of wheelbarrows. There was even a station to wash your pumpkins which was much appreciated. The pumpkin cleaning area was pretty muddy. It would be nice to have some gravel or something around there to cut down on the potential slips/mess. This is certainly a pumpkin patch we would visit again. We really enjoyed ourselves. Even met the son of the owner. They are clearly very passionate and kind people to share the experience with us. Thank you!

Great local pumpkin patch with lots of activities. No charge to visit the patch, but you do have to pay for many of the activities, as well as pumpkins and beverages and snacks, if you choose to do/have any of these. So many amazing photo op areas. Free activities include cornhole, hay maze and toss games. Activities you can pay a small fee for include pumpkin bowling and hayrides. Kids had an absolute blast here. Pumpkins available either in one of the 3 pumpkin patches or you can choose ones that are displayed in the main entrance area. Wheelbarrows are available to take into the patches and gather your pumpkins.

Beautiful location with a ton of great areas for kids to run around and play. Really enjoyed all of the photo opportunities. A great fall activity...will definitely be returning!

We got our pumpkins from here this year and it had tons of pumpkins to choose from even close to Halloween. Prices were super good.

Super cute place! The mazes are pretty awesome and the hay ride is the best! We plan to go back again before the season is over.

We spent a nice late afternoon at Dawning Day Farm. This family-run farm has such a warm, homegrown charm. Wandering through the farm stand, I found heirloom tomatoes, sweet corn, zucchini, and peppers, all grown right there. The harvest feels real and fresh, not like some giant commercial operation. The farm team clearly takes pride in their work. Come fall, the place becomes something special. There's a pumpkin patch where kids (and grown-ups) can pick out pumpkins of all shapes and sizes, and a corn maze that winds through the fields. I'm not a fan of corn mazes so I skipped out on it. I also loved how the farm keeps things simple and family-focused: a little train ride, farm animals, and open space to just sit and soak it all in. Prices feel really fair for what you're getting. Vegetables are sold by the pound or individually, and even the corn maze is modestly priced. So sad I didn't get another bunch before they were out of season. There's no hidden "admission" for the farm stand. Just visit and pay for the items of your choosing. If you're looking for a place to slow down, enjoy fresh produce, and soak up that old-school farm feel, Dawning Day Farm is it. Bring a friend or your family, grab some corn or pumpkins, and just enjoy being outdoors.

Easy to find, plenty of parking, and the friendliest farmer family! The pumpkins prices were very reasonable and they had quite a variety to choose from. Maybe they don't have a bajillion activities to do or farm animals to pet like some of the other places around here do, but we didn't fight traffic or stand in lines or pay for entry either. Besides, it felt good supporting them. Little boys in their work boots, talking about the different kinds of pumpkins I ogled over; a tent with hand crafted items and fresh produce; it was great and I highly encourage anyone who is looking to support a really sweet family of farmers to put Dawning Day on your list of places to visit. Just a small ways up the street, they have a permanent stand for fresh seasonal produce too! Loved it here, can't wait to come back next Oct & see what all they will add!

It took my kids AGES to pick their pumpkins out. Ages. But we got gorgeous pumpkins and I grabbed a few of the fancy blue ones for decor. For three "medium" pumpkins and a couple small ones we spent $41!! What value. Where they get you is the corn maze. Skip it!!! If we could have gotten a refund we would have. Trust me when I say BEYOND disappointed. It was muddy. SO muddy. And that could have been remedied with hay on the ground. That would have saved everyone's shoes and cars. And it was $5 per person for a literal circle. It wasn't a maze. It was a circle. That took 5-7 minutes to slowly walk. That was insane. That's where we PAID for the pumpkins. Everything here is pay via Venmo or cash box on the honor system. That's why we paid out the wazoo for the maze. Ugh. How crummy!! (So you HAVE to use Venmo or cash ONLY!) A little bonus was being able to see baby sheepies and the kids loved feeding them corn stalk leaves and watching them. Sheepies!!! Anyway, next year is YES to Pumpkins and sheepies and NO to the maze.

I love that the farm is totally flat, making it easy to park and walk around. Seeing and hearing the baby and mama sheep was a delight. There is also a corn maze located toward the back of the property. The maze is a cool attraction but I have to agree with another recent review, it really isn't a maze at all. It truly is a circle or a lap, like taking a lap around the park. It's not challenging or engaging, it's just a muddy lap through the corn field. Spend your time with the sheep and the pumpkins & skip the maze.

This last Friday we decided to go back to get two more bleeding hearts and two azaleas. Our issue is with the azaleas. The bigger azalea had the price tag. And I didn't realize that the smaller one didn't have one. The person that rang us up said they were in the same size pot, and scanned the one tag twice instead of going to check the price. We couldn't tell at the time, but after planting them today, you can clearly see by the pictures that one pot is definitely smaller. After talking about it, and remembering what plants we looked at that did have price tags, we think we were over charged by about $20.00. The price should have been either $16.99 or $19.99. We really love Tsugawa's plant quality, and will continue to buy our plants there. We just wanted to let folks know, make sure the plant you're going to buy has a price tag.
