We hosted a party at creekside community centre at olympic village in Vancouver and the helpers were amazing. They showed up early and had the bouncy castle set up in less than 10 minutes, super helpful with the kids and made sure they were safe. The package we chose included the bouncy castle, face painting, balloon animals and parachute game and had 2 helpers. The kids loved it and were really happy. The adults had fun too, especially in the bouncy castle and had their face painted. The age range of the kids were toddlers but I believe they have packages for older kids too and I think they will go all over the lower mainland. We will definitely use Par-T-Perfect again.

Right when we started talking I realized a random Batman appearance would be hilarious - especially when she said he was a professional actor AND singer and would do the voice. OMG...THIS GUY. Let me tell you, he is a STAR and should be friggin' famous. He NAILED IT. You know someone has a natural talent when they put their all into what they do and has a natural charm. He did a phenomenal job mortifying her with his over-the-top entrance just as I'd hoped, gave her the balloon, card and rose, sang Happy Birthday and danced/sang to what I said was her "theme song" Milkshake . She almost couldn't breathe she was laughing so much. He took pictures and when they found out we both had kids, he did baby shark and a special video for our sons. They even did videos for us, including the Batman theme song LOL! I'm telling you, their singing telegram section should be more featured. This was shockingly way above and beyond what I expected, thoughtful, professional, friendly and fun and considering the manager called a meeting so everyone would be there to enjoy the spectacle, I HIGHLY recommend hiring Out of the Rain and embarrassing your family or friends at work (with company permission of course) giving them a great, special surprise they won't forget. She also misspelled my husband's name in one of the decor items, promised to fix it and never did. Additionally, Paige needed to send a package to my place (promised twice) and never did. She also kept decor items that we provided and never returned them. Paige made my wedding experience much more stressful than it needs to be. I'm still waiting for unanswered emails, promises of packages that were never delivered and now looking at the photos I see that the decoration was super simple and she did not provide what I had paid for. The wedding was canceled due to Covid (the planning service fee of $6000 was paid separately), and no flower décor were ever provided. Despite multiple attempts to contact her via calls and emails, she has refused to respond or refund my money. I have since left Canada and the deposit was lost forever. Her actions are dishonest and unprofessional--avoid doing business with them if you don't want to risk losing your money.
